At some point in the past I was able to add a custom menu/html to the area below the mobile menu(s). I can’t for the life of me find an option for me to edit this now. Any ideas?

I can see you are using the template builder header on your site, so in order to add the Custom Menu item in mobile. you do not need to use the Custom HTML, instead simply navigate to Appearance >> Menu and create the Mobile Menu from there, add menu items to it from there and then save changes, after that please navigate to Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu >> Mobile Menu and choose that menu to display on mobile from there and also you can change the title as well from there as per your requirements, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/tZNwMZVh

Hi PT-Support, thank you for replying but I am not referring to the mobile menus, but content that is displayed below the menus that are set as you stated above. At some point in the past there was an option to add custom content below the mobile menus. I added an additional menu (but no no menu exists in appearance >> menu) that when viewed in customiser shows custom menu, but I cannot find a way to edit the content anymore. Perhaps I even edited the core files, in which case which file would I find this content in? Thank you

You are actually using the Full Site Editing mode on your site, and FSE mode provides you the complete editing functionality of the Theme, means you can create your custom style when using FSE mode and because of that some theme options are removed, so that is the reason you are not able to find the Custom Menu Content in Theme Options, If you only want to use that Custom Menu Content, then you have to turn OFF the FSE mode under Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Full Site Editing.

But we recommend to use the FSE mode as its the future and it provides the functionality to add any sort of modification easily using page builder without using theme options.

I don’t believe I am using the FSE:
“Activate Full Site Editing (Soft Mode)” is already unchecked.
I think the custom menu content was created before you introduced the FSE feature.

Is there ANY chance to use different headers on different PAGES? When I set the display condition to “single—> pages” the following error appears: “Following template was applied under this condition: <other site>”
What I need is a condition “Show Header 1 on all pages named as yourdomain.com/ONE/bla…” and another condition “Show Header 2 on all pages named as yourdomain.com/TWO/bla…”

Well, we always suggest to Install and using our theme on a very fresh new WordPress to avoid any conflict with the other theme and content, but if you would like to keep your products and setting, then we suggest you to Install our theme on a very fresh new WordPress and then you can export and import your products from your old site to the new site on which our theme will be Installed.

I got an issue while trying to adding some blocks related to categories;
Your website does not support the “porto/porto-product-categories” block. You can leave this block untouched or remove it entirely.

Are you using Full Site Editing Mode on your site? If yes, then you can modify any part easily using template builder. Full Site Editing Mode provides ease to built site using template builder and when Full Site Editing Mode enables the meta-box option removed from the site.

It seems you are using the Full Site Editing mode on your site and that is the reason you do not have those options because Full Site Editing mode provide the complete functionality to modify the content using page builder easily on your site.
Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Product Archives and you will find the Custom Archive page built there, please edit it with the page builder which you are using on your site, and you can use the block element of the page builder at any place as per your requirements, OR if you would like to set multiple layouts for specific archive pages, you can create multiple pages from there and assign the condition to apply for particular pages.

Is there a way to clear cache on Porto theme? When I change the color settings, I don’t see any changes ?

Let me try to explain it to you, when you save any changes from theme options, it rewrite those changes to the porto-styles folder files which are responsible for the site CSS to work. So sometimes because of file permission issue, sometimes server cache issue, sometimes site cache plugins issues, sometimes because of any server restriction issues, sometimes third party plugin confliction issue, that could be any reason from the above ones, the files under porto-styles folder does not update with the new changes from theme options, so that is why in that case, we recommended to delete that folder of porto-styles under wp-content/uploads and then click on save changes button again from the theme options, so that it will create the same new folder with same files again at the same place but with new changes from the theme options.
