Hello, I am using the Doyle – Creative Multipurpose WordPress Theme 3.0 and would like to know how to implement a product category listing by levels, including a parent category and at least two levels of subcategories.
Currently, using the WooCommerce shortcode, only the parent category is displayed, and clicking on it redirects directly to the associated products, bypassing the subcategories.
I need the user to be directed to the next subcategory upon clicking on a category.

Hello, I have been using the Doyle theme for a couple years and am currently at version 2.1. I noticed that there is a version 3.0 available, but I did not get the option to update. Is there something I need to do before I am able to update? Thanks in advance.
Hi, Please download the new version on themeforest. Then, update the new version of the Theme by updating the doyle.zip file into the Theme folder, then unzip and overwrite the old version of the Theme folder. Thanks.

The theme Framework is outdated and works only under the expired PHP 7.4!!! Which causes lots of security issues! It’s the second time that I’m asking you to update the theme. There won’t be any third!!

Hi, i can’t open a ticket due to the epiration of my licence. Please give an option to kantakt you over mail, it is very urgent because the site is loading youtube, allthough I don’t have any videos in use, over Unyson framework and sets a sitewide cookie that I wasn’t aware of. This causes a major GDPR issue.

Hi, I bought the theme in September 2022. I have some questions hope you can help me.
1. The length of the price table is the same when I use a computer device, but it is a different length when I use an iPad. Can the price table support RWD? If yes, what should I do?
2. How can I change the article layout (post)? When I access a single article, the sidebar is on the left-hand side, but I hope it can be on the right-hand side. And when I use mobile to view the article, the sidebar’s content is always on the top of the page. It isn’t easy to read the article. I want to move it to the bottom of the page.
3. How can I change the article’s typography (text size of the body)? I have tried to customize it with WordPress, but the text size can only change on the page, not work in the article.

Hello – we have several websites with Doyle theme active. We have a website on drugtestingconsultant.com which has a woo commerce store set up but not yet finished and not intended to be a live store. A user has located one of our product pages and paid for some product – I think the money may have gone to Bearsthemes. This happened on 27 June 2021 also when we tested the payment gateway – I did not worry about those payments as they were smaller and my own money. This time a customer has paid for the products and we have not received the money – please assist
