1.) No there isn’t a review option because most customers prefer to read and write reviews on a 3rd party service such as Google.
You as the website admin can add the highlights of your reviews / testimonials though.
2.) Yes no problem, all of these pricing schemes can be easily setup. You can set a different price for each guest quantity.

Hello, where can I find the booking form in the right sidebar in accomodation page? It is not in the widgets. I want to add something there, is there a specific php file of the booking form?

It’s just a regular page builder element which you can be edited using the drag and drop page builder.
First make sure the page builder is enabled for accommodation by going to “WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager”, set “Post Type” as “Custom” and check all the options.
Then go to “Accommodation”, click on your room to edit it, and find the “Booking Form” element in the page.

Hello again, and Happy New Year. All options are as you said, but unfortunately the right part can’t be edited with wp bakery, it’s as if it is outside the editor. Anyway thank you for your respone, if you think of something else let me know.
What version of the theme are you running? My guess would be that you’re running a very old version where the booking form on the accommodation single page was indeed not added via the page builder. If you’re running the latest version (4.0+) it is added via the page builder.

Does the synchronization work both ways? That is, if I sync Airbnb and they make a reservation on Airbnb, will it be reflected on the website? If the reservation is made on the website, will it show as occupied on Airbnb?

I understand your question, yes you can have an individual calendar for each apartment, and a separate iCal export and import for each calendar.
So for example if we check the demo website accommodation page here: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotel/demo1/accommodation-i-2-columns/
On that page you can see 4 separate rooms.
In your case these would be 4 separate apartments.
Each one of these apartments will have it’s own separate availability calendar, and you can import and export booking data to and from Airbnb for each apartment.

You’d be much better off using the Soho Hotel Booking plugin which comes packaged with the theme, because while you could use any other 3rd party booking plugin, bear in mind that the styling wouldn’t match the theme.

I want to ask about the accommodation links they seem not to be functional when they are called by the accommodation carousel element, or even in the accommodation column pages. 1.) Yes you can do this, it is possible to set a different price based on the length of stay
2.) Yes, to see how it works on the demo website check the booking page: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotel/demo1/bookings/
For example you can see the “Deluxe Queen Room”, and then there are 2 different rates for it, “Full Board” and “Half Board”.
You can delete these rates and create as many custom ones as you want, so for example you could create accommodation “Your Room Name” and then create multiple rates e.g. “Refundable Rate”, “Non-Refundable Rate”, “Refundable Inc Breakfast Rate”, etc.
3.) Yes you can mostly do this:
i.) You can add the cleaning fee as an “add-on” to a room, and make it mandatory, that way it’s automatically added
ii.) You can add the cleaning fee for specific rooms only, and also for specific rates, so you could even add a cleaning fee for the “non-refundable” version of a room only if you want
iii.) The only problem point is that you cannot add the cleaning fee for stays of a certain number of nights so it wouldn’t be possible to add for “1 night” and not for “2-3-4-5-6-7 night” stays.
But I think a more simple way to approach this would be to just charge extra in the room price for the “1 night” stay, rather than adding the cleaning fee separately, that way it can be easily done.

Please, how can i add taxes to Accommodations / Additional fees? For example: VAT for Accommodations in our country is 10%. VAT for Tourist Tax (Additional Fee) is 0% VAT for Pets on Accommodation (Additional Fee) is 20%
I made tax variations at WooCommerce setting, but theres not option to add them for accomodation or additional fees.
We need this final price model: 1x Room – 100€ VAT 10% – 10€
Tourist Tax – 2€ VAT 0% – 0€
Pet – 5€ VAT 20% – 1€
Total: 118€

Hi. I want to ask you about connecting with Booking.com calendar via iCal feed. “To import or export calendars, your property needs to have 20 room types or less, and a maximum of one unit per room type.” (thats from official Booking.com support).
We are making web for hotel with 5 room types, but every room type has more than one unit.
Is there any solution to this problem?

Do you just want to replace the Soho Hotel Booking system in the theme and use the Oracle on instead? If they have a WordPress plugin yes you should be able to do this, but of course the CSS styling will most likely not match up, and that’s something you’d need to take care of yourself.

Hello, would be nice have an easier way to change prices of rooms for each day, in a calendar like in Airbnb or Booking where you can change prices, availability, discounts… Many of us do not have a stardard rates, we change prices almost every day acording to occupancy, gaps between another reservations, hollidays, etc
