Sorry to bother with so many questions, but today I finally launched my website after working on it for the last month.
There’s something I can’t explain, but the live website doesn’t seem to recognize the mobile layout, while the staging version does. I simply pushed the staging version to the live version, copied the whole database etc, but weirdly enough the layout isn’t the same on both websites.
Basically, on the homepage, I set some groups to be either hidden for desktop or for mobile. While the staging version properly shows the desktop or mobile groups, whether you’re looking from a desktop or a mobile, the live version always shows the groups for desktops, even when looking from a mobile, although it’s set as hidden for mobile. I don’t understand why.
To check it though, you need to use a smartphone. You can’t use the Chrome Inspector to simulate the mobile view, it will not work.

Could you provide css code to eliminate the animation on each menu item when showing expanded panel, please? I’d like to have all menu items show instantly when opening the expanded panel, rather than having to wait a few micro seconds until each line ends the animation, if you know what i mean.

Is there a way to use a subscription form from a 3rd party newsletter provider, but still have hide the subscription form by default, like you do with the one included in the theme?
I’d like to use my own form provided by my newsletter tool, but with the form only showing up when people click on the Subscribe button, just like you use in your demo.

Are you referring to the contact form on the Art Gallery demo website? If you want to achieve this effect using a third-party form plugin, it cannot be done simply with CSS code, as CSS cannot achieve interactivity.

This is what I’m referring to indeed. Is there any way to do it, even by adding some code in the child theme, that you could provide/help with? Would truly be appreciated, because to be honest, the subscription form showed on the demo website is useless for 100% of the people who use a professional marketing/newsletter tool such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, .... and we all want this beautiful way to show the form.

Just noticed that when using Masonry Grid with Image + Text and Second Featured Image Featured for the Mouseover action, the second image doesn’t load/show (the mouseover only switches to blank).
When trying with Regular Grid, it works like a charm though.
So my question is, is this a bug? Can it be fixed?

Thanks for the reporting. But I did not reproduce the issue on my local server. Please check if your software version is up to date. The ART theme should be 3.11.8, and the BM Content builder plugin should be 3.15.7. Sorry there is no entry about installing the sample pages like your theme. And the BM Content Builder Plugin is not longer available. 404 error page. Whats to do now? I have to make it work but it seems not so easy.

Ok, will you update this theme? I mean, not only because of the minor problems regarding PHP8.x but in general? Or is this theme more or less at the end of it’s lifecycle (it’s more than 5 years old…)? I understand that themes are not supported forever but I can’t change my website every year… so I’m looking for a theme I can use the next 3 to 5 years… thank you.

Purchased a license, installed the theme, played with it for 30 minutes but I’m deeply frustrated. Your “theme builder” uses an interface which is not what I thought it was. This front-end-editor is a pain in my eyes (so Gutenberg is, too). How to design layouts for different screen sizes? How to set the responsive breakpoints? How to define the responsiveness of single elements? The changing background color of your demo-pages – where is the setting to change it? I don’t see settings for this behavior?!? And btw, the “irregular galleries” are no real galleries but single images placed manually in the layout. This is not what I’m looking for because it’s damn time consuming to do so for different screen sizes. I’m sorry, I can’t use your theme. How to refund?

I do not know if understood the question. It is possible to show portfolios by a Grid or Masonry Grid module. The featured image of each portfolio will be displayed as the thumbs on the Grid (or Masonry Grid).
