Hi I love the theme, but the demo import doesn’t work. I’ve sent a contact request over a week ago via https://www.nicdark.com/ but no response. Please message me directly here or email. I have the latest theme version and Wordpress and all plugins installed. If I can’t get this working today, I will need a refund. Can you provide a xml file for Demo 1?

If you are not already registered you have to register by clicking on the “register” button at the top right of the screen. Then make the login and click on “Open a ticket” on the menu, remember to fill all fields ( included the “forum” field where you have to select the theme that you have purchased )

For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).

My client likes this theme, however I have a few questions before purchasing;
1.- When my client opened the link to the page http://www.nicdarkthemes.com/themes/charity-foundation/wp/demo/charity-foundation/ from a cell phone, the page had a security warning and when he accessed it took him to a 404 page
But when you open it from the computer, that doesn’t happen. For what is this?
2.- I see that the page was created in 2017 and updated a month ago. I am worried about how much longer you plan to give updates to this topic, can you please guide me?
3.- Does the theme come with premium plugins? How are those plugins updated when purchasing your theme?
