Regarding number 2 We require to gather payment to allow listing and pay rent too. As there will be two types of user one who pays to allow his property on rent and other use who pays from the website to live in rent. So is this feature available?

You can mark a property as featured and display it on top of other listings in various places on the website. There is no feature to notify users once they have posted their property to inquire. However, users have the ability to mark their property as sold.

How do I create a subscription plan so that agents can access the portal? Where they pay to be able to advertise the registered properties and can also pay to register their own properties. A way of charging for an access subscription that when a contracted period of days is reached, it can be suspended and released after payment again.

I figured it out.

I am using a Global Header and Footer I created in Elementor.

Instead of assigning the Global Header and Footer within Elementor at Templates > Theme Builder > Header > Instances: Edit Conditions

I had to assign it within Real Homes > Customize Settings > Header > Basics > Custom Header Template. I assigned “Global Header”

I had to do the same for the Global Footer.

It would be helpful if I could select “Disabled” for Real Homes > Customize Settings > Header > Basics > Custom Header Template > so I could use Elementor’s Templates to assign a different header to various pages. With the current setup of requiring RealHomes to assign the Header, I can only have 1 header throughout the entire site.

If no cache plugin or service is active, then there must be another reason for the changes not reflecting on the front end.

Regarding support renewal, kindly note that we invest so much in customer support to provide state of the art customer support experience. So, if an issue is unique, we will have to look into it thoroughly, and most of the time, we always end up finding a plugin causing the plugin.

So, I suggest that you should check all the installed plugins and their settings thoroughly.
