Good question. I believe that you can either set for the customer to pay full price or by deposit. Then the payment request feature should work accordingly. 
Unfortunately not. Could you please contact plugin developers? Also a few questions: Accom -> Settings -> Customer emails -> New Booking Email (Confirmation by Admin) There is a link “View Booking” ( view_booking_link ) but when customer follows that link opens a page sitename/booking-confirmation/?booking_id=707&booking_key=booking_707_65b1140098ac12.60118677 which is empty (just header – title but no content).

One more question: I have a non refundable rate and I have a standard rate (with refund for 28 days prior the check in date). Is there a way, for bookings with check in day the next 27 days or sooner, to disable standard rate and show only the non-refundable rate?

I created new prices by deleting the old ones. I also deleted and re-created the seasons and on the visitor side, the calendar still displays crossed out dates. Among the open tickets, I didn’t find anything related to this problem.

We are curious to know if and how a guest could book the whole property or a combo of accommodations in a single booking and make those individual accommodations unavailable?
Example:
The Ranch House = Whole House Rental
The Villas = 3 Rooms – Individual Rentals or All
Customer 1 = Wants to rent The Ranch House and 3 Villas (The Whole Property)
Customer 2 – Wants to rent The Ranch House and 1 Villa
This is a determining factor of the purchase of this theme or continuing our research. Thanks!
Thanks for your interest. Yes, I believe so because:
- You can booking multiple accommodations in a single booking
- You can rent a different assortment of Villas (1 or 2 or all 3 as a group)
One caveat depends on how you setup the second option. If you want to have the villas listed separately and the customer adds them à la carte there is no issue, however if they book 2 villas, is the 3rd one still available?
If so, then you would need to create 4 different calendars (One for each Villa and one for all Villas as a group) and sync them using the sync tool.
The caveat in this example is if you have 2 Villas rented out that overlap, it will only block the whole house for the duration of the first stay as it sees it as a sort of limitation in the sycn. So you have to manually keep an eye on every booking to make sure this doesn’t happen. It also doesn’t distinguish the difference between a booking from an OTA and its own internal bookings, so it truly is a workaround.
I think it will work in your case 
The “Hotel” and “Hotel 2” style template after importing the Demo is very lacking compared to bellevuetheme.com/demo – many styles for the Home page from “Hotel 2” are missing. Hotel 2 has 8 Home styles, but after importing only 2 Home styles. Why?

I can’t get the Failed Transaction page to work, even if I install this on a new site. All I get is a fullscreen WordPress error page saying “There has been a critical error on this website” https://prnt.sc/eoI8aOgUI41t I have tried creating a new page and specifying it in payment gateway settings but it does the same thing. I am using Bambora in sandbox mode – could that prevent it from working? I force a failed transaction by giving an invalid security code which does get recorded as a failed transaction in the bambora website.

I purchased this theme for a local nonprofit and the support plan just recently expired. I have no problem paying for support but I am a software developer and don’t feel compelled to purchase a support plan just to help point out a bug. I was even willing to help the community with fixing it but now I guess it will remain.

No, I don’t get that. I am manually updating since a few months already by uploading the zipped plugin from Elementor. Strange thing is that Elementor Pro, which I have installed, shows the update notification so do all other plugins as far as I can tell.

Update: I’ve found the “Bellevue” sections that display global templates, with various header options, and the ability to edit the global footer. The footer is great, but when it comes to the header, it seems a bit complicated. I understand that we can display it for certain groups of pages and exclude others. However, I’m wondering why I can’t find a specific page when I start typing its name (it doesn’t yield any results), and I’m still missing information about why I can’t see the “Theme Options” in the customize menu.
