I have been looking for a fix for my website main menu for 2 weeks and i am tired. Your support is too rigid, please dont refer me to your undetailed docs because they dont help me
Below is what i need to accomplish..
Needed :- 1, Css code to reduce sub-menu font size on web view. 2, Display my current menu in rows & column like in screen shot ” https://prnt.sc/8Zjqu5oTpzE4 “
Not Needed :- I am interested in using a page builder to build sliding panel or mega menu.
I am ok with the current default menu i just need css to alter how its displayed on the web only. This should not be a Big deal its your theme afterall.
I don’t see any support requests from your account related to font size of menu on desktop so I am not sure what you mean by support

First of all, your two messages ask about different type of menus. I can guarantee that code is working if you use regular menu. It will not work if you use mega menu.

Also, I don’t understand why you simply can’t follow video and do what it’s described in it. Video shows exactly steps how to do subheadings. Why you can’t do this? Which problem do you have with this?

I have perused your docs and videos and i know what it says by heart. I dont want sub-headings it will not help me properly categorize my menu.
The category and sub-category hierachy is important for Course Posting, User Course Search & SEO reasons.
Its i developing the website so my idea is most important not yours. What i want is simple and basic “Let sub-menu display in rows and columns as in previous screenshots” currently its just a long row.
A simple css should be able to make this work and i will be fine.

I am using one of the REHUB themes. I did some changes to my H1 title on my homepage. And now it has made changes to my background image. Earlier it was full width and now it is centered. Not sure, I am able to explain it here. I dont have option to attach a snip here. Please guide me on how to fix it.
You can find full width option in page options of page in side area. Headings doesn’t affect this

hi. I am not sure where you see this. Popup in theme has no captcha. If you use custom module, then you need to disable or redirect popup to your custom login page. Documentation has information how to do this

Yes, sure. Find homepage in All pages and simply edit it. You can use/import any other sections/templates

When i try to install I receive error msg that the file missing css style
and when i try to install through cpanel hosting it shows error: The theme file uploaded is invalid because the zip file should have the theme slug folder

I am not sure which glow you mean, but you can check settings in theme options – general – custom css and remove everything there

I am facing one strange problem with Import WP Pro.
When I import bulk coupons using CSV. Plugins adds expired date on these coupons which have no END Date.
Suppose I have 5 coupons in the list. 3 have Promo code and end date. 2 have No promo code and no expiry date.
Then Import WP Pro adds 1970 year in the end date on 2 post which has no Expiry date. Means these 2 posts will show as expired in the Post page. Which is incorrect.
Please guide me how can I fix this issue?
