Purchased a support extension and have no access to it. Tried refreshing support status on the Avada portal and still states it’s expired. Emailed Avada support and haven’t heard back in days. Losing close to a week of paid support because of this issue. What’s going on?

I purchased Avada from ThemeForest on 02/25/2021. I used it in a dev environment for a while but forgot about it. Now, when I try to recover the license, I’m getting an error: “The purchase code is already being used on another staging domain.” Entering the purchase code prompts me to log in to Avada, but importing via Envato gives me an error: “There was an error when attempting to register your account. All Avada purchases on that Envato account are already being used on another Avada account.” Can anybody help me?

i dont have na avaada account, so when i try to register and click “Import from Envato” i get the error “There was an error when attempting to register your account. All Avada purchases on that Envato account are already being used on another Avada account.” What does that mean? i dont have any other email address.

You can enable responsive typography so headers (h1, h2 etc) are scaled down automatically on smaller screens.

Unfortunately despite all my attempts to resolve the mixed content error caused by template’s fusion-gfonts content uploads it continues to throw a ‘connection untrusted’.

when install this theme my site got down ‘Gateway time-out Error code 504’

Hi i think now problem in my server The website was work good and when i install your theme it go down so there is a problem on your theme i think it makes load in server or need alot of resources from the server So there is aproblem in it and i need refund I lost the trust in this theme

Hi guys, my support has expired but i was hoping you could let me know if something i want to achieve is possible before putting any more further effort.

We use Avada for a restaurant brand with multiple locations.

On the contact form there is a drop down where they choose their location, based on that selection can they go to different email addresses or would it have to be two separate forms?

It is definitely possible using the same form, all you have to do is use a select field and then add the email addresses of each location in front of each field as its value, then you can use the placeholder for that field inside your notification tab and you should be able to get that done.

My theme keeps saying it needs an update, but it’s already updated to the latest version. How can we fix this? Version 7.11.3

This can happen if you have multiple instances of Avada inside your wp-content folder, if that is the case you could be getting multiple nags as well, kindly make sure that you have a single parent and then a single child theme folder inside your wp-content folder.

Hello!!! I installed the theme and imported Avada Mechanic. I have a problem with Google Fonts. Avada Mechanic uses the Epilogue font but in my import it does not work. A default font configured in Backup Font always appears. What do I have to do to be able to use the Epilogue font?

Note: I went to the session (Avada > Options > Typography) and configured the Epilogue Font correctly.

The magazine demo opens another posts (e.g. Important trends you need to know…) in different layout than another posts (e.g. Easy & healthy snack ideas…) How is this controlled since I can’t pinpoint any setting that would make the difference?

my purchase code was working fine, but now is saying it is being used by another domain. The only thing that has recently changed is going from Http to https. Would that cause an issue? If someone hacked into our page and stole our purchase code, could someone else be using it? We can not do any updates so I need this to work

It appears that the site registered was our staging site, so when we migrated the site over to the actual website it didn’t bring the purchase code with it. How do we bring that over to the actual site?

In August I told you about the upcoming AdSense consent changes that take place starting from January 16th, and I asked if Avada will make its own cookie consent function to meet Google’s demands. Abbas replied that the team is aware and will make plans. Now, it is only 17 days away and I still don’t see anything Avada related in Google’s list of certified CMPs. What is the situation?

I checked with our dev team – we had internal discussions about this in the past. Right now we don’t have plans for CMP certification. However you can try a CMP plugin for WordPress and see if that works for you.
