I bought a recent license for this theme, but it doesn’t include the WP Bakery Builder nor is any of the content build in the WP Bakery Builder.
This is NOT what you advertise for this theme. I’d like either the theme built in WP Bakery Builder if you have one similar, or I’ll need a refund.
You need to make sure that what you’re selling is what you’re advertising. This is apparently a new thing, since you are the second theme author who has been doing this bait-and-switch.
Please advice by EOD today so that we can make decisions on moving forward with our client’s site.

You don’t need the license for this plugin. This WPBakery page builder plugin is a bundled plugin with a theme. You can read more about this here: Bundled Plugins

Sorry for the misunderstanding. All of the plugins included with the theme are listed in Theme Features list. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin. There is also a Gutenberg demo.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

First case: Import is stuck on 64%
Second Case: I imported all the contents, and footer section is empty, and we open the widgets it is showing following errors

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.
New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

I have a problem the import stays at 98%. The widget area doesn’t load at all. Sliders didn’t import. It might have conflict at plugins of the theme. I have wrote to support yesterday but I don’t have any news.

the theme is nice but i have to say the way the pages has been setup in elemator is a nightmare you change one thing and the whole page break. all element is in one single container and editing is a headache.

When I go to the Halstein core option menu and change the logo, but I can’t find any button to save the configuration other than the RESET ALL button. Please check for me, I’m using WP 6.2.2

Please contact your hosting service and ask them to increase max_input_vars value to 3000 in order to meet the theme requirements. Then you will be able to save theme options.

Unfortunately, there is no option to set slider instead of an image in Halstein Core Options > Title or in title options on the page.
Alternatively, you can disable title area through options on the page and add slider on top pf the page using page builder.
