Hi there,
For a new license you should only enter Theme, Profile and Purchase code of the theme and submit a request, leaving Supported Items field empty. Once this is done the new theme will be registered under supported items.

Therefor I can not submit a Request via the Help Center.

You will need to submit a request first for your mentioned theme, so please select Profile> Mikado, Theme > Halstein and enter your purchase code, once a ticket is submitted it will be listed under your account.

Hi, I was about to purchase your theme however a lot of the comments express difficulty in installing… I have very little knowledge in website building. So I’m troubled about what to do. Is there a service to install the theme properly? I was thinking of hosting on Hostinger is this well adapted to your theme (for PHP etc)? Or do you advice other?

Thanks for writing in! Please note that a bit demanding resources are needed in order to run a premium theme. Some of those parameters are important only for the demo import. Also, you could try the XML demo import, which is lighter and can be performed with less than required server resources. Thanks for writing in! You will find the Sidearea widget within Appearance > Widgets > Header widget area, so simply remove the Sidearea Opener widget and it will not be present anymore.

My support ticket Number : # 202160 I have submitted support ticket also. My issue is I have purchased Halstein – Business Consulting Regular License. But my site has been blocked in GTmetrix. So I have asked from the GTmetrix support team. They told me slider revolution has one js file and gtmetrix was blocked in this file. For a theme that costs over $90 with tax, this is a HUGE disappointment honestly… The demo import does not work right as many features do not import correctly and also it takes a few tries to even get the import to work. Also, there are several glitches such as the responsive side is not correct. The site does not scale correctly down to mobile. Many slider features are out of the frame on mobile. The site footer widgets did not install correctly on demo import, and so on. I have purchased many themes including this being my second theme from your company and this is very DISAPPOINTING… I would try to work out these bugs asap and upload a updated file for us who have purchased this broken theme. Also, add more control over the menu placements in the theme on different pages. You guys have a lot of work ahead of you. I hope you upload an update to this theme soon as this is not cool to sell broken files like this.

As for Slider Revolution, this issue usually occurs because ‘Globals’ settings in Slider Revolution cannot be imported so the breakpoints on the demo are set differently so please set these values to the ones shown in screenshot.
You can set header options globally in theme options and also locally on individual pages. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

There are tons of errors and glitches. The Halstein Single Image widget does not work. Click upload or remove and nothing happens. I can not count the amount of time wasting errors there are on this theme. Really nonsense…
The widgets area is completely messed up. Most of the widgets had to be redone and most of your custom widgets do not work right. All these errors come up with trying to work on widgets….

The block based widgets added in newer WordPress versions do require a bit more demanding server resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, you can navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance > Icon Packs and disable ones you don’t plan on using (please see screenshot). This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.
