Hi, I’m interested in the theme, but I’m worried about SEO. On the home page, there isn’t H1 tag, and in the rest there isn’t H2, H3, etc. (except in the blog, I guess it’s because it’s done through gutenberg). It’s possible to configure this from wpbakery or from the theme options?

Something went wrong with Eventchamp even though we haven’t been making site changes. First we gota WP error for an extra comma on line 35 of merlin/dashboard.php which I removed and this partly fixed the site.. Then we got a message that EC would only work with PHP 7.4 to which I updated and everything seems to be working again. I have no idea why this happened – we updated to EC 2.1.6 in Nov and WP 6.4.2 in Dec and the site was working fine. BTW I am submitting this as a comment as our support recently expired and it is really an FYI for the developers.

I Knoiw that there is an extension to customise ticket but i don’t know if the scanner is a mobile app or web app. Anybody can explain it ??

THIS THEME DOES NOT SUPPORT STAGING SITES – THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY TWO LICENSES – OR FOREVER UN-REGISTER / REGISTER THE THEME – LEAVING YOUR PRODUCTION SITE OFFLINE -

Hi there – here is the problem with this theme – when you first add the theme, Gloria themes force you to enter the license code in the backend.

SO if you duplicate your site as a staging site – say, using closte.com as your host, the duplicated site will say that the theme has already been registered.

SO in order to use on your staging site – you need to UNREGISTER the theme on your production site which TAKES YOUR PRODUCTION OFFLINE – making the purpose of your staging site USELESS.

Worse yet, if you go ahead and unregister your code from your production and register it with your staging, and then you delete the generaeted staging domain without FIRST unregistering it, your registration code is LOCKED and you can NOT unregister it using their backend button! THEN your only resolve is to contact and WAIT for their support.

To put the knife in and turn it, I went ahead and purchased ANOTHER license JUST so I could have my staging site work without always having to unregister / register, and have fallen into the above problem!!!!

GLORIA THEMES:

YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR BACKEND REGISTRATION FUNCTION. ATLEAST ALLOW YOUR USERS TO ENTER IN A NEW LICENSE CODE WHEN THEY PURCHASE ONE – THE FIELD IS READ ONLY AND IS LOCKED TO THE TRANSIENT CODE!

The most ideal is to allow your customers a way to use their license on a staging development site – and not force us to shell out another #79! I will have to NOT recommend this theme if you are a serious developer UNTIL GloriaThemes comes up with a solution!

I plan to build such a portal that this theme will be installed on the main domain, e.g. domain.xyz.com, but also on subdomains, e.g. city.domain.xyz.com. Just Purchased the Theme and trying to understand the configuration. I am now stuck on the Google MAP API. I obtained the API Key and place it on the MAP section. But I don’t see any place where it should be available on the EventChamp section. No place where it asks me to put the Google API. And actually the webpage show a blank space instead of the Map. Can someone tell me if they have seen the same issue or if I am doing something wrong.?
