Hi, I bought this theme to use it with WpBackery page Builder but, after activating the theme, importing the components and installing WpBackery, the shortcodes of the demo pages no longer work as they should. Can you give me any suggestions to restore them properly?

Hello, the WPBackery plugin has been activated. Specifically, when you have to edit a demo page it results only a text block with the contents of the whole demo and without the use of shortcodes. When you have to create a page from scratch, the shortcodes are present and seem to work as they should. Can you give me some suggestions to solve the problem?

Hi team, I installed the Tobel theme in wordpress.com, and set its demo content to my site content, and now I need to change the title “Tobel” to my site name. How do I do that? And also how to link/build my single product page to one of the single product page that come with the demo template?

Hello QODE team. I wonder which chat app can be installed on to the theme (Töbel – Modern Furniture Store) ? Which one is the best one compatible with this theme? and also Product Review app?

There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. Our main focus is to help with built-in theme functionalities and supported plugins. We cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the Töbel theme and we cannot guarantee their 100% functionality.

Our themes rely on the WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities and this plugin has an option to enable reviews for products.

Hi,

I’ve just bought and installed this theme with the demo data. When I visit a single product page and click on a product image, i get 2 popups. When i disable the image lightbox, the second popup gets disabled.

So when I want to use the Magnify Popup, I always get a “blocking” fancybox which i first need to click away before I can use the Magnify Popup. As i’m not the only one with this issue (clean installation with only theme plugins activated), I would like to get a solution here so others can also benefit from the solution.

As i’m not the only person with this issue, it would be good to reply here so other users of your theme can see the solution.

Please also note the 1 star review placed by ahmedwaqashusnain 3 months ago. He also has one of the bugs as me. Looks like you’ve been notified by this bug at least 3 months ago and still there is no fix for this…

I was trying to use the contact 7 forms that came with the demo. Before I switched the demo info out it seemed to work, however I needed to put in my email address in order to receive the forms and it stopped working. UnfortunateIy, I keep getting an error message that says… There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” I would appreciate any help that you could send regarding helping me resolved this issue.

You can’t change the slidershow revolution links, the links on instagram, facebook and linkedin. I change both on slide revolution and they continue with your company links.

Hello, I bought this theme but I’m not able to install it due to some theme requirements: I fix all except this: PHP Time Limit = 0 The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 300 in order to meet the theme requirements. I increase this limit from .htaccess and also from PHP Selector Options I have increased max_input_time to 30, but themes say again it’s 0. How to fix this theme problem?

I am developing this theme on a test domain with the license key. If I move the site to the main domain will I lose the content on the test domain/main domain because I have only one license key?
