Well, the transport calculation and selecting countries have been managed by the WooCommerce plugin, so we suggest you to check the official WooCommerce documentation and settings of the shipping.

Photography themes are now missing in the list of demo prebuilt websites. They were available in last month releases. Hi, i want to show the related products on the single product page as a tab. I use a very simple snippet which works well on other websites but not with porto theme. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Recently with a previous update “enter your code” to enter the coupon code in checkout page became unclickable.

I have done some updates to the WP core, Porto theme & woocommerce, but this did not fix the issue, then I tried disabling plugins, but again this did not fix the issue.

What I could do to fix it? Would there be a change in some code? Or a CSS code?

Hi, i love Porto theme but i have an issue when i try to create different block (ex. footer) for every language (i use Polylang). Porto show only a language block foe all languages. Do i something wrong? How can i manage same block for different languages? I suggest to add a new condition about language to the “Page layout” section. Best regards. L.Z.

You have to translate the Block in all the languages then it will show on all languages. Please make sure that you have enabled the option to translate the blocks from Languages >> Settings >> Enable the check for all the taxonomies and post types to translate with Polylang plugin.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then please share the WP admin login details of your site through our support forum so we will check and provide you a possible solution.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

1. Yes you can create as many as possible attributes and then create variations using those attributes in our theme, basically, it’s the default functionality of WooCommerce.

2. Unfortunately, this is not possible with our theme, but by default, WooCommerce does not provide such functionality, so you have to look for any third-party plugin for such an upload button that better suits your requirements.
