I purchased the Techlink theme (https://techlink.qodeinteractive.com/) a while ago, but I’m facing an issue with the Animated Slider (https://techlink.qodeinteractive.com/animated-slider/) after importing the demo content. Upon troubleshooting, I found that the issue is related to the latest Elementor update.
Could you please provide the updated version of the theme or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

The theme was recently updated, so please check if you are using the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

The search forms can be added through Widgets. You can add “TechLink Search Opener” in Header Widget area (please see screenshot) or some other search widget in preferred widget area.

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme listed in change log is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

It’s been a week going back and fourth about the illustrations used on the Business home demo. We would like to purchase the illustrations used on the demo but the support fail to give us the ID’s of the assets. All we got was “its in shutterstock, find them” We spent an hour doing image reverse search but could not find any. I don’t know why we cant get those information, unless you do not have a license to use those assets as well which is why you cannot provide us any information on where we can purchase them. We bought the template because of the illustrations used in the demo. Been 14 years in envato, bought lots of tempalates with my personal account and corporate account including few Mikado tempalte but this is the first time the support cannot provide the assets used on the demo. such a terrible experience. adding this as a comment and not as a review yet to give a chance.

Importing the demo files doesn’t actually import the demo pages. is that correct? I choose “ALL” but the pages are empty.

Resources all passed but it cant install the “all content” demo. I was able to do it by installing individual content.

Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

This is our Numberded Carousel widget which you can add to any page. So if you remoeved it you can simply add it on a page and add your Items, add image, text etc.

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

last update 3 September 2021 today is 25th may 22 and after a major wordpress update (6.0.0) something is going wrong…I think that premium theme which costs $69 (with a 50 buck every 6 month support) needs to update more frequently and without customers ask for this…
