When you register a support account, there is not a requiremwent at the point of registration to provide any info related to a URL or website.
Make sure that you follow these instructions to register a support account > https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-register-for-my-avada/
Thereafter, you can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

We are attempting to upload the avada theme… a FRESH install, but it will not upload. It just keeps trying, but never completes. We upgraded to PHP 8.3, but still will not upload. PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I have a breakdown that I don’t understand, can you help me ? Since this morning, I have a large number of error messages when I browse in the administration area of wordpress. The only event I found is an update on a plugin called ‘Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Brevo’ but the problem is not solved by reinstalling the old version. We have identified an issue on our website, which employs the AVADA theme. The problem is that, on certain mobile devices, the blogs in the grid display correctly in two columns, which is acceptable. However, on some other mobile devices, the grid exhibits only one column, and the second column appears blank.

We have thoroughly reviewed the AVADA settings for blogs and grid configurations, but unfortunately, no solution has been found. Additionally, attempts to resolve the issue using CSS have proven ineffective.

Hi!
I am encountering an issue with the Multi Step Form not functioning on one of my websites, despite it working successfully on other sites using Avada. The error message is as follows:
`TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘u=void 0!==fusionAllElements[s]?fusionAllElements[s].remove_from_atts():[]).push’)`
I am currently experiencing a technical issue with importing a prebuilt multi-step form; a fault message appears, and attempts to manually create a multi-step form are also unsuccessful.
It’s noteworthy that this problem does not occur on my other websites running Avada, which operate smoothly. I have performed all standard troubleshooting steps: theme and plugin updates are complete, no plugin conflicts exist, and JavaScript errors have been checked – all to no avail.
My question is whether this type of problem falls within the support services that Avada provides. As I currently manage 13 licenses and my support has expired, I would like confirmation that Avada support can assist with this issue before I consider renewing the support. Can you confirm if such in-depth technical issues are addressed by your support team?
I wish to avoid purchasing support if this falls outside the support terms.

Hello everyone,
so I have a problem with my front page of my website. I started to switch it into different colors and changed the typography. So then I went to the Avada Options and changed also the colors there. So far so good. Since then the menu and the footer on my front page are gone. I use the global header and it is activated. When I visit my other pages, the menu on those pages is still there. Same with the footer. But when I go to the button “Home” the menu and footer are again gone on the front page. So this is only a front page problem. Can someone help me?
