Hi, I am using Modern 5 Theme. I can see the login button on the top, but I think it’s only for the admin. I want the customer facing registration. where the agent can register himself by his own. I could not find a way or page where there is any type of registration form, where the agent can do this by his own.

yes, I found a way, where I (admin) needs to login and add an agent manually. I want that with the login, I also want a registration button (I only can see the login button on the top), where he can get himself registered and add his properties. Although yes admin will review it later.

1. The location is a taxonomy registered in RealHomes. That’s why it is shown as a drop-down. However, if you use RealHomes Vacation Rentals, you can activate the Geo Location feature to let users have the Google Maps auto-complete feature.

2. Unfortunately, there is no pre-built application available. If you desire a mobile application, it would need to be a custom development.

1. Delete the previously installed Easy Real Estate plugin and reinstall it again.

2. Ensure that the PHP version of your website is set to 7.4 or 8.0, as it is a WordPress requirement.

3. Please check that you have enough hosting resources.

4. The error 500 is a server-side issue, so you should contact your hosting provider first to get it resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. On further inspection I found that there is no theme that can handle both Sales and Vacation rentals. They need separate themes.

There are themes that theoretically can handle both Sales and Rental. But there are no calendar or time period for those rentals. Also, importantly, there is no difference for price, rent or sales. So if you want to rent for 1.000 that is on the same scale as if you want to buy something for 2.000.000.

You may have the Vacation Rentals plugin installed on your website, which may still need to be fully enabled or configured. You can activate it by going to the highlighted settings in this link – https://tppr.me/fVJTq

Upon activation, you’ll find the price field in the Vacation Rentals tab. If you decide not to use the plugin, you can deactivate it. Alternatively, the price field is available in the Basic Information tab on the property add/edit page.

I don’t know what happened but they keep on saying that it is not their fault because of Easy real estate plugin .. when they disable it map works .. but then of course the site is broken. As for the refund that’s what they say… they are not responsible so I am afraid we will not get it. Really upset with them. Signed up with Optima so all set for that – just have to figure out how to make it work .. ha. Anyway thank you so very much for the follow up. Really appreciate it
