In the mobile version, the burger and cart menu does not work on iOS 14 and below. Neither the menu nor the shopping cart appear on the side of the screen when you click on the buttons. There is just a blackout, and the elements do not appear. It looks like the code there is compiled into modern js, and on old iPhones there are old versions of safari that do not understand it.
How can I fix this situation? It’s not the first customer to complain about this.

Unfortunately, Safari 14 browser lacks the support of gap property for Flexbox and inset property for absolute positioning. The following properties are important to reduce CSS file size and to avoid an excessive DOM size, improving page speed. Woodmart started to implement this property after it was first used in WordPress default themes and Elementor builder. Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 16 and Safari 17 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

Our theme doesn’t have an option to warn visitors from old browsers. You may try to find a dedicated plugin for this.

Customers don’t care at all, they see that YOUR THEME doesn’t work, that they can’t make purchases from me and go to another store, to put it bluntly, I’m losing money because you haven’t worked out the theme for all possible devices, not everyone has the opportunity to update their phones every year. I need your theme to support both older versions of iOS and android platforms. When I bought your theme, you didn’t have it listed anywhere. How to do it? Or is the slogan “Using our theme you lose money” now the motto of your company? If you want to lose money, use our Woodmart theme. Is that so? Do you even plan to fix it somehow?
We support the two latest versions of Safari as well as WordPress in general. Safari 14 is also not supported by Elementor and many other themes because it is an outdated browser that does not support modern technologies that help improve site speed. If you want your site to be compatible with this browser, you need to keep the old version of the theme as well. We can reset it for you if you have such a desire.
It is very good that you are moving forward. But what about people who can’t afford to update their phones often?
What can we offer them?
They don’t need to change their phone, but they do need to update their browser to the latest possible version. Safari 15 is available for all iPhones starting from 6s. That is, version 14 cannot be updated only on iPhone 6 and all older models that are more than 10 years old.

Any Xtemos theme has a bug:
- in Elementor Xtemos Product Categories, when choose option Hide empty
- in the theme settings, if you activate the Hide empty categories from page title option
With these settings, only categories in which there are no products are hidden, and even more categories should be hidden, namely:
- All categories / subcategories, if all products in the category are out of stock (and the option – Hide is activated in the settings products from the catalog are out of stock)
- All categories / subcategories, if all products in this category are Catalog visibility: Hidden (product_visibility = exclude-from-catalog)
This is how the categories are hidden in the standard display of Woocommerce categories and subcategories. Also, in the WordPress product categories widget in the sidebar, the Hide empty categories setting hides all the categories I described.
Before buying, I would like to know what will fix it
