If you have installed Jupiter theme, it is better to install and use WP bakery

Don’t bother buying or using this until they fix it. Overnight, it’s completely killed my wordpress installation – i’ve tried reinstalling both the theme and it’s core-plugin and neither fixes the issue. You end up with a error in wordpress and can’t do anything in your admin panel. Honestly – don’t waste your money if you want to actually have a wordpress installation that works.

My client’s site shows an available update of JupiterX from 3.8.6 to 6.10.6. That’s a strange jump, so I haven’t installed it yet. The changelog would be missing as well.

It seems gone now, so no harm done on my client’s site. Hopefully nobody has installed the update (if it would succeed), because then they would never get new updates until the regular version exceeds 6.10.6.
Is there any way to override a file in the fragments folder? I’m trying to override the templates/fragments/product-list.php in in a childe them? I tried adding the edited file into the child theme in /lib/templates/fragments but it doesn’t seem to have any affect. Specifically I’m trying to override the jupiterx_wc_loop_item_after_quick_view function output incase there is another way of doing that?

You change “woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item” hook to modify the function.
to understand how to override the templates, as you to check the following codes in “lib/api/template/functions.php” in jupiterx theme:

A recap:
1) I’ve deleted the JupiterX theme from the defunct website
2) You’ve helped me cancel it (as per your reply: Your previous license was registered 3 years ago for the domain lusci**.com, I canceled it, please try again.)
3) I tried added the purchase code and tried to create new API key, but I keep getting the ‘Purchase code is already registered!’ error message—> see screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/7Q14eTp3Wjf
4) There’s also a ‘You have no product registered yet!’ message on the same page.

Any update on this? It has been over two weeks since my last inquiry. The last update for your modified WpBakery was released last year. Is it possible for your theme not to require a modified version of WpBAkery and just use the standard version of Wp BAkery so you do not need to wait for the Jupiter team to release an update? (only to have it become obsolete a week or two later)

I’m using Jupiter X on a client site and whenever I update the Jupiter X Core plugin, it breaks the site and I get a “there has been a critical error on this website” message when visiting the site.
I have tried updating Jupiter X Core on worpdress version 5.9.8 and the latest wordpress version 6.4.2, and I get the critical error on both. I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling. That doesn’t work either. When trying to view the Jupiter Theme Settings on the latest version of wordpress, the control panel is just blank white.
Is there an issue with X Core? Please advise on how I can fix this.

I bought your Jupiter theme a while ago. I tried and I had some issue so I did not continue using it. I even forgot what domain I tried it on. I am now revisiting the theme but am not impressed that I sent two (2) messages to info and no one responded for days. I just need my purchase code reset so I can use the theme. I am not encouraged to renew support at all.

No, unfortunately this is not currently possible, but you can import one of your desired demos into a staging site and then export the footer using Elementor and import it into the main site.
