I need to know that are the motion effects in the demos also available with elementor free? or do I need to get elementor pro to get those scrollin animations? Because before purchasing I tried to import a demo on my wordpress, but the scrolling animations were not working. Does this happen after purchasing too?
All the animations are available on Phlox Pro version, and there is no need to purchase Elementor Pro for the animaitions

Category archive not displaying new posts!
I’m encountering a peculiar issue with post categories. When I publish a new post within a specific category and then navigate to that category’s archive page, the post is mysteriously absent. Strangely, if I quick edit older (imported) posts and re-assign them to this same category, they appear in the archive as expected.
I’ve ensured everything is up to date (plugins, theme, WordPress core), but the problem persists. Any insights into what might be causing this behavior would be greatly appreciated!

this theme 100% GPL but its not installing on more then 1 domain when we installed this theme on other domain it saying it’s installed on other domain so please let me know how i can use it more than 1 domain because its gpl theme

Hi there, the theme is GPL, but only the theme and it is not related to templates, support , auto updates and the plugins. and they works when you activate your license that is why you cannot use those features on more than one domain with 1 license

My friend I already replied you. you can install Phlox theme on as many domain as you want but you cannot use the services like demo importer, customer support and 1-click auto update. those are services and you can have them on 1 domain. There’s a problem in the Phlox Core Elements Version 2.15.5 now as it won’t install the Phlox Pro Tools and the rest and it will just go “Installing” and then “failed” You might want to check that, please. I assume because the rest of the plugins don’t have version numbers in the Phlox Pro->Plugins. Please let me know once updated! Thanks!

My elementor Backend (Editor) is loading extremely slow and reacts delayed – with testing I figured out, that the problem is causend by your bundeled plugin Element Pack Pro. I hope you are already working on an update for this?

So, the more plugins you have, the higher your server usage will be. Hi. By purchasing a license, you are entitled to use it only on one domain (can be activated only on one domain); you need to purchase a separate license for each of your websites. And it is the same for all the themes here in Themeforest

Both of those are demo versions, and you are unable to import them simultaneously. The “Coming Soon” page serves the purpose of building your website on a subdomain. This allows you to activate and install the Phlox theme on both the main domain and the subdomain and migrate the website after you’re finished.

If you have the Envato elements subscription , you simply can add your account before importing an email and all the images are imported with no water mark, and if you want to download other images from Envato elements you can simply use its own site and it has a very simple licensing as well
No have subscription for envato elements what is price for this?

I can’t import the content of a demo. When I select “Complete pre-build Website” and click on “Import Content”, the “Importing demo content in progress” screen is displayed for 2 seconds and I am automatically returned to the page where I can select “Complete pre-build Website” or “Selected Data Only”. Hi. The problem with the demo importer servers was temporary, and it?s fixed now. Please try again. And regarding the help center registration, please note that it?s just a password validation error. Try to use a combination of numbers and letters, and you are good to go.

Hi. Unfortunately, there is no option available to edit that. The only way is to edit the template files manually and change the code, but we do not recommend that because making a mistake in editing PHP files can break the theme.

Hi. Regarding the “Read more” option, I believe you are referring to the blog page. In order to modify this, you can go to Customizer > Blog > Blog page. From there, you can set the desired text. Could you please elaborate on the “popular” item? Where exactly are you seeing this?

This could allow a malicious actor to inject malicious scripts, such as redirects, advertisements, and other HTML payloads into your website which will be executed when guests visit your site. This vulnerability has not been known to be fixed yet.

Can I use the purchase key on localhost then use it on my website ?
Hi. Phlox is compatible with right-to-left (RTL) languages, but this compatibility only applies to the Phlox theme itself and not its demos. Therefore, if you require RTL support for a demo version, you will need to convert it to RTL on your own, as it falls outside our support scope.
