Hi, I am unable to activate/update my license , the website averta for support is not working just showing internal server error. option sync with envato showing the error and add by license key says key already added to your account

Hello, as a previous comment mentioned I also have problems with the combination of the latest versions of wordpress, all plugins & phlox pro theme. My elementor Backend (Editor) is loading extremely slow and reacts delayed – with testing I figured out, that the problem is causend by your bundeled plugin Element Pack Pro. I hope you are already working on an update for this?

Hi. Just wanted to give you a heads-up that whenever you activate a plugin on your WordPress website, it will take up some server resources. So, the more plugins you have, the higher your server usage will be. That being said, the Element Pack included in the package is completely optional, and you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. By the way, I noticed that you’ve already registered at our help center. If you have any questions like this, it would be best to submit a ticket there so we can provide you with better assistance.

How many domain can i install this theme on?

Hi. By purchasing a license, you are entitled to use it only on one domain (can be activated only on one domain); you need to purchase a separate license for each of your websites. And it is the same for all the themes here in Themeforest

I get a Fatal Error after the update when viewing thetheme customise page: /wp-content/plugins/auxin-elements/public/includes/class-auxels-frontend-assets.php on line 37

Also, this started to popup when installing plugins or modifying something in the theme customiser: You need a higher level of permission. Sorry, you are not allowed to customise this site.

Hello, I installed the site from the demo, but I see images with phlox… some copyright watermark… why did I pay for the theme if the images are not included? I would like you to refund my money, please. if you don’t solve it with the images, let them be free.

If you have the Envato elements subscription , you simply can add your account before importing an email and all the images are imported with no water mark, and if you want to download other images from Envato elements you can simply use its own site and it has a very simple licensing as well

No have subscription for envato elements what is price for this?

I can’t import the content of a demo. When I select “Complete pre-build Website” and click on “Import Content”, the “Importing demo content in progress” screen is displayed for 2 seconds and I am automatically returned to the page where I can select “Complete pre-build Website” or “Selected Data Only”. Hi. The problem with the demo importer servers was temporary, and it?s fixed now. Please try again. And regarding the help center registration, please note that it?s just a password validation error. Try to use a combination of numbers and letters, and you are good to go.

It’s OK to import the demo. Thanks a lot. Concerning the creation of my account on your help centre, I was able to create my account with Firefox’s automatic password generation. It didn’t work last week, but it’s OK now.

Hi. Unfortunately, there is no option available to edit that. The only way is to edit the template files manually and change the code, but we do not recommend that because making a mistake in editing PHP files can break the theme.

Hi. Regarding the “Read more” option, I believe you are referring to the blog page. In order to modify this, you can go to Customizer > Blog > Blog page. From there, you can set the desired text. Could you please elaborate on the “popular” item? Where exactly are you seeing this?

This could allow a malicious actor to inject malicious scripts, such as redirects, advertisements, and other HTML payloads into your website which will be executed when guests visit your site. This vulnerability has not been known to be fixed yet.

do your demos support RTL ?!

Can I use the purchase key on localhost then use it on my website ?

Hi. Phlox is compatible with right-to-left (RTL) languages, but this compatibility only applies to the Phlox theme itself and not its demos. Therefore, if you require RTL support for a demo version, you will need to convert it to RTL on your own, as it falls outside our support scope.
