We are sorry for the delay but it takes time, so if you are in a hurry and do not want to wait then you can import the demo manually, which means you have to comment out the code from lines 219 to 225 in the file “setup_wizard.php” under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/setup_wizard then the demos will be available for you to import under the Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Import, please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/tMVz4AatKcH5.png
Note: We do not recommend using the non-FSE mode demos, because it couldn’t provide well customizable demo ux, so we don’t offer this.

When I set without sidebar is even more narrow the layout. Regarding your answer a day ago to the header studio, please read your comment below then – here is my question: this is no longer available on the 7.2 version so we only have the ability to create a custom header template but not choose from the header choices

Hi, Im trying creating a side bar menu with accordion. But it’s not working. The sub menus can’t be folded out. Also for when it works, is it possible to have the sub menues folded out when a item is clicked in the submenu? So you can easily click another submenu item when the new category has loaded from submenu.

First of all, you have to create the Menu under Appearance >> Menu.
And then you have to create the Custom Header under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header.
And then you can use the “Porto Side Menu” element to show your Menu as Side Menu.
Now, to show the sub-menu as “Accordion Menu OR any other type” you have to choose from the provided ones under Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu.

is it possible that when you enter a youtube url in the porto video thumbnail you place a text on the single product page with: this product contains a video?
now the video is only shown as the last thumbnail and this is not really noticeable. Also because the video is not shown in the carousel. Can you also show the video in the carousel?

Just a heads up, it looks like you’re using Font Awesome 6 now as the default, but you still have some css code referencing Font Awesome 5 which can break icons.
Found such an example in an accordion, but there may be some others.

We’ve also released new Font Awesome 6 icons for x-twitter, meta(facebook) icons and so on.
If you face any problems in terms of icons, You should change custom css from ‘font-family: Font Awesome 5 Free’ to ‘font-family: var(—fa-style-family-classic)’ on Theme Options > Skin > Custom CSS.

To solve the issue you can set the custom CSS code in the theme option to control the width of the popup screen.
