This update 2.9.2 has messed up my backend of wordpress with a big annoying ads of your company. Plus the listingpro plugin has broken the CSS and structure of the backend. Please fix this immediately

Just updated to the latest version and the backend is no longer working properly. Everything is pushed down and the dropdown menus are now showing at the top instead of where they should show. Clicking dismiss for 4 days or 7 days doesn’t work.

I’m working on a website using ListingPro and aiming to upgrade the user interface for a smoother and more visually appealing registration and listing submission experience.

I’ve been considering the WP User Registration or CubeWP Framework and Forms plugins for this enhancement. I remember CubeWP being promoted as an integration option for ListingPro, but don’t see it mentioned on the ListingPro support site anymore.

There seems to be an issue where when a user tries to leave a review they must sign in but then once they sign up and sign in the window returns to the top and not back at the window to add a review (i.e. back where they were originally), also they are not then logged in properly until they refresh the page. Confusingly when they try to then go back to leave a review without refreshing after logging in, they a black screen comes up (the background to the login) but the login popup doesn’t show. How can I rectify this very flawed UX?

Thank you for your reply. I found the issue was TotalCache stopping the login. However, the example you show is the instant sign up only. When you review via the other method where the popup comes up, on redirect after login, the window returns to the top of the page rather than at the review pane with it open at the bottom of the listing. This can obviously be a bit confusing for users. I have added my own function that runs this so is fine but is a suggested improvement to your theme.

I created my own site. When I open the mobile version, how do the menus and icons appear at the bottom, as if you were using a mobile application, as seen in the demo? Support is urgent, please.

Is it possible to make it like this: 1. first business owner needs to create an account before being able to submit a listing 2. then they need to provide some proofs and criteria in order for me to check whether or not they are eligible to submit their listings on the website. By giving them the “Listing Owner” user role

However, regarding the requirement for “some proofs” before submitting a listing, I regret to inform you that the theme doesn’t currently have a built-in feature for this specific criterion.
