How to transfer my license to other account

Thank you for reaching out. While the ownership of a license cannot be transferred, you can certainly use the license for a different website. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard. 2. Go to “Listingpro CC” and select “License.” 3. Deactivate the license from the current site.
Once you have deactivated the license from the current site, you will be able to activate it on the new website without any issues. If you encounter any difficulties during this process, Create a ticket on https://help.listingprowp.com/ then our tech team will help you in the process

After the Update why it shows DAY OFF next to the today day no matter what day is show the DAY OFF next to it. Also if the recaptcha is active for listing submit it always show “Please Fill The Required Fields” in order to the form works fine I need to disable the reCAPTCHA from the listing submit form. Problems on sites in other LANGUAGES.
Latest update 2.9.3 does not fix the problem of Business hours: in the Archive listing it correctly shows OPEN NOW, but in the listing detail it shows DAY OFF. I have corrected the time zone, checked everything, even in “OPEN 24 HOURS” it still shows DAY OFF.
If you have your web site in other LANGUAGES, it also gives error revisions. interesting, lol, love.

• Can I use the ListingPro plugin with any WooCommerce/WordPress theme?
• Can the frontend and backend both be used with WPML (we are planning to realize a marketplace in two languages)?
• If a vendor sells products can she/he also buy products without using a separate user account?
• Is it possible to publish content on the marketplace that is only visible after the login?
• Is it possible to verify the email of a new vendor/buyer within the registration process?
• Can I use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to customize the registration form, the “add new product” form and the contact form (that the buyer can use to contact the vendor)?
• We are planning to publish a food platform and on each product the buyer can contact the vendor. Can I use custom forms (i.e. created in Gravity Form) for this contact form?
• Are there any statistics for the vendor (i.e. how much products have been sold)?
• Do you have search alerts? Buyers can “subscribe” a specific search result and get notified when new products are being released?
• Is it possible also to “follow” or subscribe vendors and when the publish new products the subscriber will be notified?
• Can I claim listings? I.e. the vendor can pay for a claimed listing and the listing will be ranked better in the search results and/or it will be marked with a special colour to get more attention?
• Can a vendor have multiple branches/locations?
• Is it possible to bulk import products via CSV or XML within the vendor dashboard?
• Is it possible to use custom post types?
• Can I use any search plugin (i.e. Algolia)?
• We want to order the search results by a tag/product category or custom taxonomy. Is that possible with the integrated search plugin?• Can I use any payment gateway?
• Can I use any WooCommerce plugin?

• Is it possible to use Zapier with ListingPro?
• Do you have a public roadmap?

1. Customization is necessary for this; it cannot be done out of the box.
2. Yes, Theme-related strings are compatible with WPML, but the same cannot be guaranteed for WP default strings.
3. Listingpro, designed as a business directory theme, does not incorporate features tailored for sales and purchases.
4. This too requires customization and isn’t available as a standard feature.
5. The registration process includes sending the password to the user’s provided email address, facilitating email verification.
6. Cubewp, similar to ACF, can be used to create new fields, but the development of UI/UX for these fields is necessary.
7. Compatibility can be tested to ensure no conflicts; proceed if everything works smoothly.
8. Reiterating that Listingpro is primarily a business directory theme and not specifically crafted for sales and purchases.
9. Unfortunately, there is no feature allowing buyers to subscribe to specific search results for notifications on new product releases.
10. In Listingpro, vendors cannot be followed or subscribed to, and subscribers won’t be notified of new product releases.
11. Users have the option to claim listings on the site, with both free and paid claiming available.
12. Vendors can indeed have multiple branches or locations.
13. Bulk importing of products via CSV or XML is possible through the admin interface.
14. CubeWP can be utilized to create new custom post types, offering flexibility in content creation.
15. Listingpro comes equipped with its own search feature.
16. The theme provides an option to arrange search results based on certain criteria.

Release notes for 2.9.2 state that WPBakery was updated. Still shows version 6.13.0. OLD OLD VERSION still. Currently WPBakery is at 7.4. When are you going to pay for the upgrade so we can all take advantage of using it?

I just updated to 2.9.3 version of the theme but the problem from 2.9.2 version was still not fixed. Customer reviews section is still not showing up.

The last update is so bad that Elementor is not working with the listingpro plugin and the media library view not working too. DON’T UPDATE!

After theme update, I lost my sidebars. Where can I assign sidebars to each post, listing? is it only per post and listing. I can’t find a global sidebar setting. Thanks!

i don’t have support. Though, I don’t see why it would be needed if initially when theme was bought sidebars on posts were possible.
Business Hours – on Archive listing it correctly show OPEN NOW but in Listing detail it shows DAY OFF – I have correct Timezone, checked everything, even on “OPEN 24 HOURS” it still shows DAY OFF. Booking system not working because of it also. Also lead form not working with 24H Time Format – Still shows time in 12h Time Format when using Time field. I also noticed that change of colors/fonts and other visual stuffs is shown after several hours. Not using any cache plugin or other plugins (only theme and required plugins) and I am also not using cloudflare. Tried to clear browser cache/change browser, nothing. Thanks for your help.
I figured out problem with the DAY OFF showing. Naming days in Czech languages should be in small cases. But can you please help me with Time format in lead form? It supports only 12h Time format. Also I would like to edit time range in appointment system – 15min/30min/60mins/90mins etc.. I need other time ranges. Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry. In ListingPro, the booking feature includes sending a confirmation email once the booking is made. However, as of now, there are no additional features like reminders or synchronization with Google Calendar.
It’s worth noting that our MedicalPro template, on the other hand, includes a booking feature that sends a reminder a day before the booking date.

Hello. I bought Listingpro theme in 2021 and purchased support two time but right now my support has been expired i am facing a issue with editing a listing. I am using Elementor, I have created a new page and assigned the same URL to that page , i think its good now. Do you think its good approach.? Thank you for your response .
I updated to v2.9.2. I deactivated and deleted the plugin as directed. When i re-installed the plugin, it totally messed up my wordpress dashboard. Fortunately I had a backup. I look forward to the fix and future update. The theme is awesome!
