The Shop component has a bug where pagination fails. Firstly, I have set the Pagination status of the Shop component to enable. But I found that if Infinite Load is set to disable in the theme options. Paging in the shop component is normal. However, if Infinite Load is set to enable, the pagination of the shop component becomes invalid, and the displayed quantity of products is also incomplete. I planning to buy your theme. But I have some doubts. I want to develop site within 2 days. So
1) Do you have 1 clock demo import ? 2) If yes, then after import same as demo you show will be import without error? 3) In case if in need help from you, can I get very urgent help? Coz I don’t have time.

Good evening, I have a very long timeline, that I’d like to embed in scrollable box to let user skip if they’ll like to. is there a chance?
to better explain my need: I’d like to give to the timeline section an height of 500px and let user scroll to view all the long timeline inside just a window of 500 px height (a similar case of parallax images). I can’t find a scrollable option for the section. Is it my fault?

Hi there we have been using your theme for some time now and mostly with great results… apart from some time ago BKBakey Builder fails to update. It’s stuck on version 6.10 so far as wordpress reports and i know that version 17.01.2024 – ver 7.4 is available.
I cannot manually disable it and install the latest versionm and your own update area reports the version as 6.7 of this plugin.
can you tell me how to get the plugin to update to version 7.4 please and ensure that both wordpress and your own plugin update area reflect the correct version of the most uptodate version of BKBakery plugin available as this is… according to our webhosts causing a great many time outs due to the misfunction of the out of date plugin which we can not even tell which version is actually installed on the site. Word press says version 6.10, but your update area for required plugins says version 6.7.
I do not know what is going on but please provide a rededy to this issue as soon as you can as our site has been experiencing issues for many months now due to this issue being over looked.

I add an item to the cart, but the counter on the cart is In header, it changes only after I fully reload the site page , there is also a problem in the side cart, products appear there only after the site page reloaded fully

Can anyone help? I installed the template and imported a full demo page. I removed the background image and/or background color from each section, so they are supposed to be transparent. However, in the Template Settings section, under Background, I set the image to be the background of the whole page, but the background is not visible. How can I do this?

I mean if the theme was made with Elementor (sections) or Elementor (flexbox container)
