We have a license of the Stål – Industry WordPress Theme template on a website that does not exist and is not published and we would like to use it on a new website that we have to publish.

You have a bug in the footer. I can’t get 4 columns to open even though it’s set to 4 columns. I do not have support anymore and I am just now developing the site with this theme. This is bug that needs to be fixed. I cannot send support ticket because it expired.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our end, all four columns in the footer are displaying correctly (please see screenshot).
Have you populated Footer Widget areas in Appearance > Widgets? If you are using navigation menu widgets please make sure to select the menu (please see screenshot).
As we do not have enough information about the settings on your installation in order to help you, we would appreciate if you could please submit a ticket at our Help Center, include URL of your site, and one of our support agents will check this and assist you further.

1) You are not listing all of the themes I purchased in my Account. I need you to populate all my themes in my account. #2) This is a bug in your theme and I should not have to pay for support. I have the menu in the 2nd and 3rd top footer widget.

No this is a bug in your theme. I submitted a ticket but have not gotten a reply from my ticket yet.
We cannot reproduce this on our installation so it could be due to the settings on your installation.

need to open a ticket but my theme isn’t listed in the themes I’ve purchased. I had 2 accounts on your support system. Both do not show the theme. Just old themes I purchased years ago. Is there no way to sync my envato account to yours?

The theme won’t be added to the supported items drop-down automatically once it is purchased. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so it passes the validation at our Help Center.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Hi there I purchased this theme as it had wpbakery as a compatible with but when I installed the demo it was all elementor. How do I install the wpbakery version?

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Hi, I just disabled Ionicons in the Theme Customizer settings and when I tried enabling them again (unchecking the checkbox), it took my whole site down and it now says critical error. Please advise. My support expired a month ago but it doesn’t seem fair to have to renew my support because I checked and unchecked a settings box and that took the whole site down.
Never mind, I restored the site to a previous version.

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

One thing I want to ask of you, about the canvas size. I really like the size and alignment of the frame in the demo version but when installing it on my domain, it kinds of zooms a bit.
I want the appearance to be similar to the one in the demo.

This usually occurs because ‘Globals’ settings in Slider Revolution cannot be imported so the breakpoints on the demo are set differently. Please check if the values are as in screenshot.
