Please renew my license so i can load a new domain? Once i log into the ticket system you dont provide me with an option to do it myself which force me to request it here or renew support for $64.75 i dont really need support

Hi support. I currently have the Avone 5.0 theme installed on my shopify site. I received the updated 5.2 theme today. I’d like to install it, but I’m afraid I will loose some settings on my site if changes have been made since 5.0 was installed last year.

If I do a backup of the current 5.0 theme that is on the live site, install the new 5.2 theme, publish it and then need to revert back to exactly where I left off (the 5.0 theme) should something not function correctly, is this possible or will data be lost?

Do i manually have to save/export theme code pages where the dot appears to the left indicating updates may have been made and then manually paste this code back into every code page once 5.2 is installed?

Please can you clarify before I proceed….I can’t afford to have the site to down.

Now i want to use it in my new account i entred the purchase code but they didn’t accept it they said i am using in different account and i have already deleted my old the theme . One license doesn’t work as it says that it is connected to another store of mine. However at that store I’ve connected another theme and removed the Avone theme completely. The license ends with -12cabc0db5dd. Can you please help me out so that I can use the theme for my new store? Thank you.

Hi team, I bought 3 licenses for 3 different e-commerce. I closed one and open a new e-commerce. I wanted to use the Avon theme license I bought and used for the shops I closed with the new one I just open. However, it seems not possible. I found this funny that I bought a license but I cannot use the product. Since the shop on which the theme was used is closed, the license will only be used for one shop and one purpose but I need someone to unlock the license. I can easily prove that the domain was closed. thanks to help. Also it seems extremely difficult to contact the support. thanks

Hello. I currently have an older version of this theme that I am very happy with. I am thinking about purchasing the new theme only for 1 reason. I need the ability to sell gift cards for my shop and the purchaser of the gift card be able to send to a recipient of their choice at checkout. This is something that is available on the free new version of Dawn theme but not most older themes, see https://changelog.shopify.com/posts/send-gift-cards-directly-to-the-recipient-and-include-a-message. It’s something that Shopify has finally included in the checkout process but a theme has to support it. Does the new version of this theme support this? I am hoping I don’t have to down-grade to the Dawn theme just to get this feature. Thank you.

Hello, everybody! I’ve noticed an issue, which might only exist in the demo, regarding the display and selection of color variants. On the collection page, I see different items, and one item displays six colors. When I select a color, the main picture changes to reflect my choice, which is great. However, there are two problems: First, when I move the mouse over the main picture (which already shows the picked color), it reverts to the default color. Can this be changed? Second, and more importantly, when I click ‘Quick Checkout,’ the default color is selected in the ‘quick checkout’ window, requiring me to select my desired color again. Is it possible to have the ‘quick checkout’ window display the previously chosen color to avoid reselecting it?
