I have successfully uploaded the theme on Wordpress. However, I cannot seem to be able to import demo data correctly. Nothing seems to be at its right place, the font and images are way too big, etc. Do you have an idea on what could go wrong ? (I am using the last version of Wordpress).

I had a previous theme before purchasing this theme. Upon importing this theme, it seem that somehow the blog page of the previous theme, and the blog page of this theme got cross, This resulted in the blog page not showing up as editable in Elementor and some miss alignment in formatting. Can you assist?

I am trying to update the plugin: Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro. I get an error “Unauthorized” when I update. Elementor’s website suggests accessing “My Elementor” dashboard to deactivate and activate the license. Since this plugin came with the theme, I don’t have an Elementor account. How do I update that plugin?

In the demo, the Job Apply page is showing but not received now.

When accessing the website or changing pages, it preloads the header with a preload of large icons in original colours and then loads the final style and adjusts the size and location. I went into Appearance > Customise > Page Header and changed the image to a 1920×100px image but it stretched out to fuull height too.

Hi, we purchased this theme through another account of ours. We used this theme for our website and the speed in Google Page Insights is around 64-66 and on GT Metrix, it shows under “D” grade and performance to be 50%.

To check this issue thoroughly, we did a fresh install of WP and without the theme, the speed was 96 and after adding the theme (without any content or any images or anything) the performance is just coming out at 64.

This is a HUGE issue for us since we are a team of web developers and if our site is showing such poor speed, we won’t be able to pitch for work by showcasing even our own website.
