It’s not that! My product doesn’t show up on my Qode account. I can’t see my theme there to start a ticket. Please help!

The theme won’t be added automatically to the “Supported Items” dropdown after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Unfortunately no, as the theme is sold exclusively on ThemeForest and bundled plugins are not available on WordPress.org.

If your hosting allows backup you can try to access the older version of the site where this version of the theme was used.

Thanks for the recommendation, but no, backup is not a solution for us. The client recently migrated to another hosting, and all backups we now have are already with customized 2.8 versions. Honestly, I find it unbelievable that you are manipulating your paying(!!) customer into a situation where the software he purchased and for which he is entitled to upgrades, at the moment of the need to downgrade, he will have to go looking for the older version in the form of a nulled variant in the dark waters of the Internet :-/

The options for taxonomy pages like product categories can be adjusted in Biagiotti Options > WooCommerce (please see screenshot).

Hi, I have a problem with registering a new account: a notification comes up that I don’t have permissions to register an account. Among other things, in the widget section the error comes up: “The “mkdf_login_register_widget” block contains errors and cannot work properly. Check with developer tools for more details.” I hope the problem is not caused by a lack of implementation of the service because when I purchased the theme it seemed clear to me that it was ok in this aspect as well. New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

Where do you want to add this button? If you are referring to the buttons that show when you hover over products, there you have an add-to-cart button and this can not be changed. However, if you just want to add the button on the page that will lead to some page, you can of course add it with page builder.

Question 1) Is it correct to say Biagiotti is a theme you sell but do not support? There appears to be no way to submit a help ticket on your support site for this theme. It’s just a loop back to theme documentation.

Question 2) Tried importing a demo. Is it correct to say Biagiotti theme is intended to be used as-is? Changing any items does not seem to work properly. If this is not the case, what is the step-by-step for changing imported demo elements, as documentation does not appear to cover this.
