After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is very important to update Mikado Core plugin which will be listed there.

This is exactly what I did, uploaded via FTP. But after that step the page is inaccessbile (tested with php 7+ and 8+). thats why I created this request.

i downloaded latest relase from themeforest account. I uploaded it with ftp to server. then site goes broken.
Mikado Core says 1.0 but there is no update button. Ative Theme (Aviana Child 1.0)

The critical error can occur if you are using files downloaded from ThemeForest to update Aviana Child theme. Child themes are useful for adding your own code snippets to a theme and keeping them safe from theme updates. The Child theme is not supposed to be updated, you need to update main theme. You can also try to update theme using the Envato Market plugin (just please make sure to create a backup of your site before you start update).
As we previously mentioned, the updates for plugins will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. You can also find zip files of plugins on this path wp-content\themes\aviana\includes\plugins

I did update the main theme – not the child.
is there a way to send you the credentials ? as the support form does not let me send it (support expired).
We couldn’t reproduce any critical errors on our end when updating the theme.

i installed envato market plugin, reaten API token. But it tells me that the theme is to old and I should update it manualy. manualy is not working as you know.

updating plugins from the zips within the theme solved the problem. had to extract them one by one and upload also.

Revolution Slider has stopped functioning with the current version of your theme. I purchased premium rev slider, which really didn’t seem fair, but that didn’t help. Is your theme in need of an update? It shows updated on my dashboard. I don’t feel like I need to “renew support” as this is an issue that should not exist. Please advise, thanks

Hi, how do we change the header font? I have changed the fonts under Mikado Options -> fonts and refreshed the page but it still shows the default header font. Please advise. In case you’re using cache plugin, please deactivate it. When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you’ve made aren’t applying. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated while the site is still in the development stage.

Due to frequent Instagram API changes, that plugin will most likely be discontinued. Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram. You can use that plugin instead of the default one.

The theme is not listed as compatible with Elementor. The theme uses WPBakery page builder, and that builder is used for creating the demo content that you see. If you want to achieve the layouts from the demo website, you will have to use WPBakery.

I find it disturbing that your solution is to dial back the updates for woocommerce. They did a security update, wich means that they changed important things. It is not just some cosmetic update.
The last update is from 10 june 2023. That is a year ago.

As mentioned in the article: most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality.
You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal (and in most cases, it will) you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning

Hello, Can you explain why in several types of Visual composer blocks, some configuration fields appear for a second when the window is opened and then disappear? For example, in the case of custom buttons, it’s impossible to change the font family, color, etc. You can see it for just a second and then the fields disappear. And I’ve seen this bug again on several blocks, for other parameters, what’s going on?
Also the size of the logo, where is the size field ? I just change your logo demo with mine and i see it very ridiculously small.

Also, for themes that don’t have the Logo Height setting, the maximum logo height will usually be determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header. For example, if your header height is set to 100px, your logo holder will have a height of 90px, and that means that the logo image that you need to upload should have a height of 180px.

Hello, this is a presale question. I’m interested in this theme but I’m not sure about some of the comments/questions I’ve seen.
1- First of all, the previous question of another buyer “bhendo99”, which mentions Visual Composer, which doesn’t seem to be at its latest version?
2- I’ve also seen someone complain about your builder, saying that you’re adding a “mikado” overlay on top of Visual Composer, which I hate.
3- Finally, your template update rate seems to be slowing down. Can you confirm that it will continue to be supported for years to come?
4-Which version of PHP 8 is compatible? 8.2?

1. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, if you purchase the theme you will also have an option to reach to our support anytime you need latest version of bundled plugins.
2. Demo content of the theme is built with WPBakery page builder and the theme is optimized for the backend editor. The theme adds its’ own custom shortcodes (please see screenshot) and there are some additional options added by the theme in the row settings (see screenshot). For a more detailed overview of theme’s options and custom shortcodes please check the documentation in this link.
3. The theme is supported and it will be continued to be updated.
4. Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

I’ve bought the theme. Installed it with plugins activated. When i try to import demo i dont have other choice than “Aviana” I want spa resort demo. Anyway if I choose this only option, its stuck at 0% Did I forget something ?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot).
Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Hi are you able to through support help me to install the “pore clogger input” (example page linked) Is there a plugin or does it require coding? I had one on my website, however the people that did it must have done it on the parent theme as when you update the theme (as I did on a staging site) the input box vanishes – Im hoping you can advise or even if you do customization for something like this? because the people that had put it on my site it made the page not look like the rest of the theme which is not ideal. this is what I would like to add to my site – see link

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.
