Hi! How can we change the Products Archive page so that it doesn’t show Page 1, 2, 3 etc…. So that it shows a certain amount of products and once they scroll down it loads up more products?

Since you’ve opted for the Custom Layout on your shop page, kindly go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Product Archives. There, you can tweak the layout using Elementor page builder. Hi, I just wanted to know how to keep the images original quality? All the images on my site are looking like they are automatically compressed by the template. I upload high quality / high resolution images but they look bad on the site. Only when I hover the mouse over the images then I can see the original high quality.

If you use WooCommerce 3.3.x then use WordPress Customizer (it’s a feature in the WordPress admin) to change the catalog and single product Image settings.

Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images

Note: After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.

For the swatch style on the single product page you can choose in the theme settings between: - label, image / color swatch - Select box

Is it possible to get all three? Because for some products I need the select box and for others =the label, image / color swatch.

Thanks for asking here, The thing is from the theme settings where the option appears you can only select one of them, There is no multiple selection available for this option.

You can submit this as a feature request on our forum: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ so that our development team will remember it while working on the theme update.

Else, You can simply use any third-party plugin that suits your requirements at your own risk.

Good evening, I used the variation swatches plugin to have the ability to have dual color in the “color” property, but it displays them strangely, as if some CSS is missing. The worst part is that I used another plugin to see if it would fix it, but it does exactly the same, so I ended up thinking that maybe some code from the theme is to blame. Do you know what could be wrong?

Which exact plugin are you using? By default, Porto has the functionality of color swatches, so that might conflict with the plugin that you are using.

Porto only provides single-color swatch functionality, not dual-color.

And could you please once test it with the default WP Theme as well? And let us know the result.

Hello, I would like to inquire about a feature on the single product page. Is it possible to have an add-to-cart popup or display the cart instead of reloading the page and showing the green banner that says the product was added to the cart? I noticed that this functionality is available on the archive page, but I couldn’t find it on any of your demos.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

By default on the single product page, it doesn’t work with AJAX it reloads the page when someone adds the product to the cart. The notification bar appears at the top also, coming from the WooCommerce.

The popup you are talking about on the archive page is coming from the theme but it only works on the archive page because it uses the AJAX and it doesn’t reload the page.

Regarding your question about redesigning the search bar, I recommend using the newer Type Header Builder in Porto template builder, as it provides more flexibility in designing and customizing the header. You’ll find pre-built search layouts along with styling options under Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form.

Hi, I just did a clean install of the Porto theme on a new wordpress website. Porto version is 7.0.6. I installed WP bakery provided with the theme, WP bakery version is 7.5. WP bakery however is not working correctly. When I create 2 or more colums, the content is always shown in 1 column. So when I enter text in column 1, 2 and 3, all text is put underneath each other. This topic still persists for the following cases, I cleaned the cache from server and Rocket and browser. And Rocket is deactivated. I will place reply in the opened ticket support. Have some idea why can happen ?

- Working good in the majority of the times. (Sometimes still can’t delete the product in the cart). Or maybe I delete product and appears other with the original languaje (spanish). Some cases

- Entering in “incognito mode” I don’t know why I can’t delete products in card.

- Few cases I am in italian for example and entering in the cart is showing a cart but in Spanish (the original languaje).

For Movile:

- Can’t delete product cart in normal mode or incognito.

For any reason the theme is not adapted to official woocommerce sidecart: Side Cart Woocommerce | Woocommerce Cart

As you can see when you add something to cart appears at the bottom of the page and not in a right column. Happens also with other offical woocommerce 3rd similar pluggin.

Please notice, today installing the last version of the theme. My Home page (Spanish): www.candleart.es got only visualizating the main photo but no more, no text etc. Like the content of home disappeared. The rest of webpage was working good. After clean the cache the home page was visualizating good.

Sorry for the inconvenience, The thing is category archive/product archive is on the same page the content appears separately by choosing the category on the page. These pages are coming from the WooCommerce plugin. As this is the same page this is why only 1 static sidebar appears by default. You cannot change it from the theme settings. You can use any third-party plugin from the WP market that suits your requirements if you want to use it at your own risk. Else, you can contact/check the plugin support forums for further assistance as well.
