Hello! Yes, this is a valid theme notice. Maybe the theme has been updated automatically? Or maybe the database has not been updated during the last theme update. If you are worried, you can simply make database backup first. And then, proceed the update.

You can add more widget areas under Theme Options -> Widget Areas.

Thanks for the7 update today, 23 February. Just thought I’d bring to your attention that on ThemeForest page, the “Last Update” is given as 15 October 2023, which gives the impression that the7 may have been retired. Please fix. A small thing, yes, but would help with sales.

Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).

Hi, we recently took over a few sites from a company who stopped offering web services. They used The7 on quite a few of the sites, once I transferred these sites across to my server the registration was cleared, they do not have any access to the purchase codes anymore to allow me to register the template and get updates. If I supplied you the web addresses can you issue the purchase codes to me? Or what is best way to do this. I don’t really want to buy more licences for these sites as they have already been purchased. Thanks

Hi the7 theme. Guys I have 11 licenses for your theme. one client will need support and i wanted to extend. How is that if I am not logged in I see special price to extend support ( $10.13) but when I log in it shows I must pay full price ($23.63)

Hi, I have sent a support request through about the speed of the7 theme as its down in the 20s on a lighthouse report. I have another theme in comparison on the same server and its around 98% performance on lighthouse.
Just wonder if you can take a quick look to see why its so slow. I think it used to be faster, not sure why its so slow. If I can’t get the speed up I will have to drop it and use another theme because its way to slow for an agency site. Does not leave a good impression for customers. Cheers

Just letting everyone know, after reading one person’s negative comment, this is by far one of the best themes out there. I own more than 100 licenses that I use in production for many different clients that all love their websites that I built with it. Great job guys! Now lets get the next release out as the 11.11 seems to have a vulnerability (even though it states <= 11.7) unless it’s being improperly reported still by whm/cpanel.

Talking about the issue you’ve mentioned, it was resolved back in July.
Also note that the report refers to a theoretical vulnerability. It could only be “exploited” by someone who already has admin access. Essentially, it would mean an admin hacking their own website
Yeah I saw that about the admin access for the exploit but for whatever reason even the latest 11.11.1 is still being flagged for whatever reason in whm’s wp toolkit. Even though the details states <=11.7.3, just wanted to bring it to your attention since they are falsely flagging your product. No worries on the kind words, you guys simply have the best theme on the market, not once have I had a site go down due to an update and not once have I been scared to update a site with this theme running on it. You guys have something truly special going on with this theme, don’t stop doing what your doing with this one!

Maybe this tool needs to rescan a newer theme version. As you can see from the changelog https://the7.io/changelog/ , the issue was fixed in v.11.8.0 (July 24, 2023). While this vulnerability scanner says “Resolve by 27 July, 2023” for some reason. Not sure it’s reliable enough and up-to-date.
Hello, I import the7 elementor corporate. I create my services and everything is going well. I’ve been using the WPbakery before, my services was configured as pages. No I am facing the problem with URL name: in the new one my service x url is : mydomain/services/x in the old one my service x url is: mydomain/x.
how I can delete the slug from the new page : example :mydomain/services/x—> mydomain/x.
I want to go live with the new site in 48 hours.

I’m afraid this is how WordPress works. You can’t remove the slug of a post type – otherwise, WordPress won’t “see” the different between the custom post type and an ordinary page.
If necessary, you can create a redirect from mydomain/x to mydomain/services/x. So that old links don’t return the 404 error.
I deleted the WordPress data for my website after working on my site because of some difficulties I encountered editing the header using the 7 theme hoping to reinstall the 7 Theme I purchased for the same website but it says the purchased license is no longer valid.
I sent email to Envato team but I haven’t got reply since Thursday. Then I tried to reach out to The 7 Theme directly but the submit ticket will not go through because my purchase code cannot be validated.
Why is my license revoked for deleting WordPress data?The license key is used for the same website.

Yes I did! With proof of payment. The 7 theme was on my profile where I downloaded it with the license key and I used it on my website before it was revoked and disappear from the dashboard. There was no refund. I can send the proof of payment via the email.
Then, you need to clarify this question with Envato support. As a theme author, we don’t manage buyers account. All licenses are delivered and managed by Envato.

Hello! I have some issues with the theme. I observed the theme is adding another opengraph tag section overwriting Rank Math’s metadata (For example: og:site_name; og:title; og:description; og:image; og:url; og:type.). How can I eliminate the second duplicate set? This is my webpage: https://pxolwe.com/ I deactivated several plugins which could cause the issue, but the issue is still there, it hasn’t been solved. This is why I suppose the theme causes this problem (elementor + elementor pro are the page builders). I use Rank Math SEO plugin, WP Rocket cache plugin, WPML plugin for translation. I recently bought this theme. Everything seemed fine, but out of the sudden I’m unable to choose the header type. When I’m editing an elementor page and choose “Hide title”, according to your documentation it should give me an option to choose transparent header. However, this option doesn’t appear for me. Also in WordPress backend there is no option to choose header type. Even after enabling the legacy feature “Deprecated Page Templates, Meta Boxes, Widgets, Shortcodes, etc.”, it gives me an extra option to choose the transparent header in WordPress editor, but changing this doesn’t do anything frontend. I think this is some kind of bug. Please assist.
