Hello, Is it possible to sell services by this theme like fiverr?
Hi, not yet
But why not remove fiverr.com from your product description?
We don’t claim that our theme is a direct “copy” of fiverr, it offers similar functionality e.g. users can post their resumes with portoflio, skills etc. and people who are looking for freelancer can contact them and hire.
https://workscout.in/resume/lucas-harris/ https://workscout.in/resumes-grid/but we constantly develop our products and it’s matter of time when we will be adding more features.
Hello Team,
Is it possible to post services like fiverr.com?
how can i use webhooks plugin to programmatically create job posting from our graviyflow webhooks ?
how can i capture job posting responses?
Hi
WPJM uses Rest API https://wpjobmanager.com/document/advanced-usage/wp-job-manager-rest-api/ so that might be possible
I’d like to add a global nav above the main nav – which elementor template can i edit to create this super nav?
I think you would need to use Theme Builder from Elementor Pro to create new header for such element
we have theme builder and Elementor pro none of the headers match the header you have
It’s not possible to have the same header as we have in Elementor. I don’t recall anyone asking about “global nav” and how would it be different from the main nav? Can you show some example of what you are trying to achieve?
Hello good morning,
My question is the following, I have a Gmaps password, which does not have the reconstruction activated, but even so, when searching for jobs with a map, the location point of the job still does not appear.
Also in the job file the location suggested by Google Maps is included and in the region category of the job the same place is included and it still does not appear.
Can you tell me what could be wrong?
Thanks greetings.
Hi
I have no idea what you mean by “Gmaps password, which does not have the reconstruction activated”
Hi,
Q1: I want to adopt only the Freelance Marketplace features of workscout theme, how to how to disable the Job Board part? Q2: How to change the skills value in the resumes and task pages from text to list of value (e.g. combobox) Q3: After theme installation, we don’t find the pages Blog, Contact, and FAQ (error 404 occur : Page don’t find)
Hi, I’ve replied to your ticket
Hello I want to know if I need to buy any plugins such as WooCommerce Subscriptions or WP Job Manager Or it come with the theme? Is the regular license have all the features of your theme
Hi, Wocoommerce Subscription does not come with theme. WP Job Manager plugin is free. Regular license is fine.
Hi author, you should make a Timing option. when buyer hired a freelancer, then start a timing Like fiverr.com
Hi, we check it and consider it. Thanks
I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to request your assistance with a technical issue we’ve encountered on our website, Hisolife.com, which utilizes your template.
We’ve observed a limitation in our search functionality that significantly impacts the user experience. Specifically, the search engine requires the exact name of a company to display any results. For instance, to find “Coffee Corral,” users must enter the complete name. This contrasts with the behavior on your demo website, where partial names or strings, such as “Corral,” yield the relevant search results.
This discrepancy suggests a more flexible search capability on your demo site, allowing for searches based on substrings, which our current setup lacks. We suspect there might be a backend setting that enables this feature, but we have been unable to locate it in the available documentation or through our investigation.
Could you please guide us on how to adjust our website’s search function to mirror the flexibility found in your demo? Any pointers to specific settings or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your time and support. We look forward to your guidance in resolving this issue.
Hi
I’ve replied to your email, please continue there, thank you.
Is there a way to update the WP Job Manager plugin addons that came with this theme?
Hi
we encourage you to buy your own license key for those plugins https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/bundle/ to get the latest versions
Hi!
It looks like any changes made into the theme via Appearance / Theme File Editor doesn’t influence the appearance of the website. Could you comment on this and tell why it is happening like that? I remember that in the previous theme versions is was easy to implement any changes into the website just via the Appearance / Theme File Editor section…
Hi
It simply sounds like you have some cache plugin or cache on your hosting (like `varnish) if you are experiencing such problem. It’s definitely not something from theme that we would “block” changes in customizer
I want to emigrate my site to another server and domain, for this I have to reinstall the theme, but it says code has been used up.
Hi, we replied to your email. Your key is reseted.
Good day sir

Hi
ad1. We don’t have any special functionality for that but there are plugins for adsense
ad2. Yes, there’s gallery section in user profile
ad3. Sure
ad4. Selling option to submit task/jobs/resumes, and soon we are going to add option to pay for task and take commission from that
ad5. That’s not implemented yet, we’re working on that, it will be in few weeks
Pre-sale question!!: any option to make purchase for each job? please check this image this is how i want: https://ibb.co/0D2xtcp
Hi, in WorkScout we don’t have such feature but I think you might be interested in our second theme which has multi-vendor marketplace feature where people can add listings and product to their shop (they can be jobs in your case) and users can order these products. Please check https://purethemes.net/listeo/#multi-vendor
Thanks for the quick reply! I will get back to you if I have any more questions.
Sure thing
Do need to purchase any third party plugin or extension to maximise this theme?
Hi, no, what you seen on demo is what you get
Please I want to find out if I can achieve the following with this theme” 1. Can I have freelancers get paid to be listed on the website? 2. Can I have hiring companies also pay to hire from the website?
Hi
ad1. Yes
ad2. You can charge companies for option to submit jobs or tasks
Okay thanks. Can I also integrate e-learning on the website?
We haven’t tested any plugins for e-learning with WorkScout
Can can the demo content and pages from your demos be imported?
Thanks for your wonderful new features in version 4.0.5. But unfortunately after updating theme to version 4.0.5 the footer session on my single job page got broken on desktop view. The entire footer jump to the right sidebar on single job page when viewed from desktop.
Kindly assist in resolving this.
Thanks.
I’m sorry but your description of the issue you experience is not very clear, please be more specific and provide some examples of what and where the issue occurs.
Please send us support ticket and consider renewing support. Clear cache and make sure you did not modify single listing template via code.
Ok thanks for your response sir. I mean the footer is broken on the single job page. The footer is OK on the other pages of the site, but on the single job page the foot leave the bottom of the page and jump to the right sidebar making the single job page look broken.
As for modification, yes I actually modified the single job template but that does seems to be the problem because in the course of troubleshooting I even had to remove the modification and revert to your default single job template to see if it resolves the issue but unfortunately the issue was still not resolved.
Below are links to examples of single job pages for you observation of the issue:
https://www.jobsgivers.com/job/warehouse-team-leader-mantrac/ https://www.jobsgivers.com/job/graduate-trainee-euphoria/I look forward to your reply.
The problem is more likely with the content of your jobs, there are lot of html tags and I’m pretty sure some of them are not closed properly, please try to create a job with single paragraph of text and see if that work there
That is very unlikely because all the entire job contents on my site that run into thousands can’t possibly have HTML tag issue at the same time. This issue started immediately I updated to the latest version of workscout. I have even done plugin conflict test but the issue was not link to any other plugin.
To further confirm that the issue is with the new update, I just restored my site from the backup I took before the update and everything is back again to normal. I’m temporarily on Version: 3.0.21. But of course I don’t want to be stuck with an older version of workscout because of this issue.
Please try to replicate this issue from your end to see what I am talking about and work out possible solution.
I look forward to your assistance on this.
Thanks.
So no word from you again, this issue is still lingering on my site even with your newest update 4.0.6 Please help resolve it.
Please contact us via Support Tab https://themeforest.net/item/workscout-job-board-wordpress-theme/13591801/support
no one else reported any problem like that
I have managed to figure out a solution, funnily enough, it was actually a very simply solution.
There was a small html code I added to the single job widget sidebar that was causing the issue which I had to reformat. But unfortunately I had done an in-depth sleepless night of troubleshooting before finding out the cause.
I wish I knew this earlier, but this is what we see in website management sometimes.
Sorry for bothering you and thank you very much for your responses all the way. Cheers!
So my guess was right, it was probably some extra code with unclosed tag
thanks for sharing
Exactly, you are right. It’s my pleasure.
Hi Pre-purchase question Does your theme integrate with other UK job boards so i can pull in jobs? Can admin apply for jobs for other people?
Very nice theme. I would like to buy it. A few questions i cant answer with the documentation about the invoice for the customers/employers.
1. Is it possible that the customer will find his invoice in his dashboard? 2. Is it possible to send the invoice after the purchase via email to the customer? 3. Will the invoice generate automatically? 4. Can the Invoice-template be edit f.e. in fields like date and invoice-number? 5. Can the invoice-number be generated automatically and continous?
I would be very happy if you can answer this questions. Best regards
Hi
payments are handled by WooCommerce so you can use invoicing plugins for WooCommerce, we don’t handle that in theme.
hi, Tried to contact support but my support got expired please guide me how to change order of the jobs being displayed in split view. For example in your demo of https://workscout.in/browse-jobs-full-page-layout/ you will see jobs appear on random basis, whereas on other views it appear date wise. Is there any way to correct it and let jobs appear by date order?
Hi, consider renewing support. Option you’re looking for is in Customize ▸ Jobs Options ▸ Jobs Lists Options
