Hello, I have a problem with Microsite Logo feature. When I’m editing the page I’m trying to activate Microsite Logo options. I’m clicking “Screen elements” and after that I’m checking the box next to Microsite Logo. When I will scroll down I’m able to see Microsite Logo options but when I will click Update button Microsite Logo options are not visible at the bottom of the page. The images are there as when you mouse over them the pointer changes and when I click the image opens, but the thumbnails are invisible

My site was working fine a few weeks ago but now I get an error on the pages I’m using Elementor. If I disable Elementor or if I disable The7 theme, the site will work. But if both are enabled, the site doesn’t work. Here is the error:

Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).
Hello, I have been using your theme for a long time and want to switch from WPBakery to Elementor, but first I want to clarify some details. As I understand from your documentation, with Elementor in The7 theme I can do product page layout customization without purchasing Elementor PRO? The regular version of Elementor does not allow you to edit templates for pages through the theme builder, but will this be possible in The7 theme without PRO? Thanks!

Hi, I need help please. Hoe can I create a custom taxonomy. Moreover I need to use the custom created taxonomy in mega menu. I did went ahead and created a custom taxonomy with PODs plugin but my custom taxonomy is not showing in mega menu template selection. I used The7 taxonomy elements but in the selection only taxonomy’s available are the one created with the demo theme, not the one I created. Please help as my support is expired and Im almost at the end of major rebuilt, upgrade and relaunch of my website.
One more issue I’m facing is I have added 1 service to the service taxonomy even named slug service07 for it to appear at last in the menu. But the last added services/post are appearing first in the mega menu. Which I’m unable to arrange it according to how I want. There is an option of arranging by filter which is by date or last edited. All are not working in the favour I want. Please guide on this too.

Hi. My Elemontor templates suddenly won’t allow me to edit them. I just get a loader over the elements that doesn’t stop and won’t allow me to make changes.
Never mind, it’s a plugin conflict with FiboSearch – AJAX Search for WooCommerce. FYI in case anyone else has this issue in future. Seems it clashes with Elementor.

Hi. Seems that didn’t fix it. I can’t edit any of the Elementor elements or posts at all. I just keep getting the spinner. I’ve tried deactivating other plugins, but that doesn’t always help and I can’t keep Woocommerce etc deactivated all the time. Please can you assist? I think my support has expired already, but I do have 13 or more licenses for the theme.

Updating to the latest version of WPBakery Builder from inside The7 didn’t go well when using The7 Child theme. After the update I got an fatal error on my site stating that line 36 in the child theme functions.php file was the problem.
I had to delete the following code to make the site work again. That’s’ not a code I have added to the function file.

hello, can your theme support creating a 3×3 image gallery where images and borders will be white, appearing as empty white page, but on mouse over of every image a flip happens and another image appears? if yes can i see a demo of this flip gallery?
