I don’t use the Plugin ‘Easy Real Estate’ and use Elementor and IDX for custom property pages. If I disable this plugin will it cause errors with the Theme or is this plugin required?

Hi, we have a problem on mobile, starting from the modern 5 demo. On mobile the scroll bar is presented horizontally and the site is not centered moving completely all to the left, as if there were elements on the right. - monetization would be per lead > When a seller (owner) receives a request he has topay us a fixed cost to see user contact details. Is that possible? (no subscription, no payment to add listings)
- can I (as admin) add a villa or is the theme designed only to allow sellers to add listings? If i (as admin) can add a villa is it possible to associate it with a seller who registers on the platform subsequently?
- Can I customize listing fields (for instance instead of beds, and bathrooms I need to add other details)
- if in the future I decide to change the theme, will I lose the URL and contents of the listing pages, profile pages, etc.?
In practice, do I risk remaining tied to the theme or to plugins or demos?

we need help with a problem in the theme. We created a ticket on January 31 and Usman responded that he was going to review it, but we are not moving forward and we need to know if he is reviewing it, since it affects the site.
About the issue, we are experiencing strange behavior with the Elementor Pro plugin and the Real Homes theme, specifically with the RealHomes Elementor Addon that comes with the theme.
If we have Elementor Pro and RealHomes Elementor Addon enabled, jQuery does not work properly on the front-end if I am logged into the WordPress admin.
We have already tried deactivating other plugins and the problem is not solved. It is only solved if we disable the RealHomes Elementor Addon that comes with the theme, but this is needed for other things, so it cannot be disabled.
We would appreciate help with this problem.
