We are having problems with users using iOS as both Chrome and Safari showing blank pages when searching. On computers and Android this does not happen. We are using a CDN at Hostinger and a LiteSpeed server and caching plugin. We cleared the cache on the servers, website and cell phone but the error continues to appear. 1. For further clarification, let say i have a website kswearing.com and i register the license to that domain. If i need to create a sub-domain lets say help.kswearing.com i will have to buy another license?
2. Im building a multivendor website. The plugin im using is Marketking. Not one i see you have on your list as multivendor plugin (im sure it should work anyway). I have the woodmart theme, their theme has the video built in function aswell. 1/ We kindly request that you proceed with the activation of the theme on a temporary domain, specifically for the staging website located at https://imgur.com/PhhoTMA -To do so, please access the XStore Dashboard, select the ‘Welcome’ option, and then proceed to ‘Theme Registration’ for the staging website.
2/ We would like to inform you that when you are ready to go live and wish to activate the theme on your live domain, kindly proceed to the XStore Dashboard. Once there, please click on “Welcome” and subsequently select “Live Website Theme Registration.”
