Presale Question Does this theme meet my requirements?
In our Hotel we have identical rooms. Total 42 rooms.
2 Dormitory Rooms – 8 persons can accomodate in 1 room. 26 Deluxe Rooms – 2 person can accomodate in each room. 14 Executive Rooms – 2 person can accomodate in each room.
Extra one Bed in 40 rooms can be accommodated at extra cost total 42 rooms

2. Instead of Room-based Pricing.. Is there Person-based Pricing..? 3. in 1 Dormitory room, 8 people can be accommodated. So if 6 People Book a Dormitory room. Still, there is room for 2 more Guests.
Now can I show Guests that there is space for 2 more Guests in the Dormitory room and let them book..?
4. Instead of Room-based Pricing.. Is there Person-based Pricing..?. 5 Does this theme have an availability calendar..? If some rooms are booked does it show in the calender that in those days rooms are not available..?

2.) Instead of Room-based Pricing.. Is there Person-based Pricing..? Yes there is per guest pricing, you can charge a different price for any guest quantity in a specific room
3.) in 1 Dormitory room, 8 people can be accommodated. So if 6 People Book a Dormitory room. Still, there is room for 2 more Guests: Yes there is a dormitory room type option which will allow you to do this
4.) Now can I show Guests that there is space for 2 more Guests in the Dormitory room and let them book..? Yes the availability calendar will automatically take care of this, the room will only become unavailable if it’s fully booked
5.) Instead of Room-based Pricing.. Is there Person-based Pricing..? Yes see above question #2 answer
6.) Does this theme have an availability calendar..? If some rooms are booked does it show in the calender that in those days rooms are not available..? Yes room availability is kept automatically, if a guest books a room and it becomes unavailable this will be automatically reflected in the availability calendar shown to other guests, and they will not be able to book if the room is fully booked

Hello ! Is there any way to block booking after a certain hour ? For example, it’s not possible to book a room after 4pm ? Thanks a lot !

You can set a booking cut off point in days, but not hours. So for example you can set the system to only allow bookings 1 day in advance, or 2 days in advance and so on. I have two problems, one is that my password is not working anymore, and when I tried to reset the password from the given link in the email the support site page does not exist.
BTW, I have resolved the issue on my own with CSS.

I have the same issue written here before, “All the accomodations keeps showing “Page not found” and I noticed the url of the accomodation is something like website.com/accomodationname.” and still struggling to find a solution. The one who ask about the same problem wrote “OK. Issue resolved by setting the right permalink. Thanks”, however, I couldnt manage to solve it. The difference is that I am just setting up the theme. It would be much better to make support questions public.

Hello, I recently updated the theme and its plugins but I am having issues with viewing the accommodations, all the accomodations keeps showing “Page not found” and I noticed the url of the accomodation is something like website.com/accomodationname . I have saved the permalinks again but the issue remains the same. Please help

You can export bookings in iCal format if you want to have an availability checker offsite, for example in Google Calendar, or your computers Calendar app. Go to “Hotel Booking > iCal Feeds” and copy each iCal URL into the calendar app / website of your choice.

I would need all the information, especially the price of the reservation, the days, the additional fees, etc. Is that possible?. Online and offline sales (Offline price is $0, however, the rest of the data is recorded).

You can export all site data in “Tools > Export” but that will be in XML format and not readable by anything other than WordPress.
If I’m understanding correctly you want to export this data to a spreadsheet so you can keep track of offline bookings as well? Why not just input the offline bookings into Soho Hotel directly via the admin dashboard? That way you’ll have all bookings in one central place and availability will be kept automatically. Exporting live booking data to an offline spreadsheet doesn’t really make any sense.

If I downloaded the all files and documentation form your site what name of zip file do I take to update my wordpress? For one or another reason if I download all files I get version 4.2.4.2 and if I download only wordpress files it is 4.2.4 ?

The latest version is 4.2.4. When you download all files Themeforest may rename the containing zip file, but the theme version in both files is 4.2.4.
