How to add customer (employer/candidate) details like address with street and housenumber, city and zipcode? We need this for the invoice.

Hello, in the Jobs listing throughout your store in your demos, I see there are no thumbnails displayed but only job descriptions in text is displayed. Can we not list the jobs with image thumbnails(as I want to this theme as a microjob platform and need the sellers to upload and show thumbnails with their listings)?
That’s rather not a common feature to have thumbnails representing jobs, I don’t think I ever saw it. We don’t have such option.
Say in Fiverr (like you even mentioned in the description of the theme), there are. As I said I want to use it as a MicroJobs platform for freelancers, need the thumbnails. Is there after market solutions to implement that in the theme?

Hi, I found a platform to monitor user to user conversations in case of dispute or breach of terms of service. The tool requires API details. When trying to create the API, it required a specific/dedicated URL to link and connect the workflow. When trying the find the URL, I always get a different URL for each conversation for each profile/user.
Messaging URL: https://mywebsitedomain/messages/?action=view&conv_id=X “X” represents the number of messaging per user per conversation.
Any way resolve it or you can provide a URL or anything that I can use to link the messaging URL to the API, can you share your expertise please? Thanks.

the X represents ID of conversation, each conversation in database gets new ID, but there’s no API to retrieve that conversation without being logged in as a users that is part of that conv, so I’m not sure how would that work with the platform you want to use

it’s simple PHP and basic JS to refresh messages, there’s as simple as it can get, so no fancy libraries or dedicated APIs for that
If you change the category from the employer dashboard and save the listing, then refresh the page and check it, you will find that the category has not changed. It is NOT WORKING.

As you are no longer responding to my emails, I will try my luck here. In the last update you added the “Freelancer” template. However, with this update, you also changed the functionality of the candidates’ profiles. Now each candidate’s profile shows information such as “not rated,” “jobs done,” and others related to FREELANCERS. But I don’t have a database of freelancers and I’m not interested in this at all! So how do I turn off this information in candidate profiles on my site? Why am I forced to incorporate some of your strange changes into my site when I don’t offer a platform for freelancers?

I have tried the Demo, and I found that it is not possible to change the Task Category from the Employer Dashboard. It seams that the category menu is always set on the first category and can not be amended. I have screenshots for you. Is that a fault?

Hey guys, apart from Google ReCaptcha is there any solution that you can recommend to avoid spam registrations? Google ReCaptcha gets blocked by our cookie management tool. So we are currently looking for an alternative. Most solutions only work with WP / WC registration forms but not with the Workscout one. Thanks a lot in advance. Florian
We’ve added OTP registration recently, so in order to register you have to provide a number sent via SMS to your phone, that should also stop some spam

Hi dear, first I know you said that clearly the theme not supported RTL, But I have some knowledge about the CSS and as I can see you already have rlt.css style file not yet ready, do you think it will be very difficult to change everything to be RTL? and regarding the Elementor, did you use it only form the landing page or there’s another pages also using Elementor please, because elemetor will be the easier way to change the theme to rtl?
It’s not that it’s difficult but hard for us as we’re not used to RTL reading, if you have CSS knowledge it shouldn’t be a problem for you.
As for Elementor, it’s only for home pages but you can use it also for single listing view

Other extensions are required if you need specific functionality. Eg. if you need job alerts then keep that extension enabled.
