Hello, i am trying to update Utillz Core from 1.8.0 to 1.8.1. The update notification was successful but the version number did not change and the utillz core update notification still appeared.
Since you have released the new update everyone who has the template up to date facing this issue. This is a critical issue that affects entire Heilz Core and crushes the website. Are you gonna release a hotfix or is it going to take a month?

it works as expected if add to cart from single listing page, the problem is when you add to cart using “Order Again” https://domain.com/cart/?order_again=yourorderid
the pricing is using woo product price instead of listing price (The price will be calculated based on multiple criteria, like service fees, addons selection and more)

the new version, seem the purchase action, download url is wrong, line 86 woocommerce/order/order-details-item.php
so because of this, the new feature for downloading an assets on purchase action type is not working.
I am using “upload” module instead of “text” on the listing field type,
I think that should not be a problem either upload or text module, as long the Key is “Download File” as you stated on https://utillz.com/docs/heilz/listing/action/action-type-purchase/

It seem envato now forcing every author to obey the licensing rules and makes everything related to payment only available for Extended licenser user only.
like some script already available since 2019 and let their user with regular license accessing the saas/payment feature and now 2024 every author makes those restriction features only available for extended license holder only

Hello Heilz! Just one question please. I noticed that when I log in the as a customer on the demo, I can still switch from Customer to Business dashboard or overview. But the thing is, not every business is a customer and not every customer is a business. Is there a way to remove that option that helps them switch interface? or to at least limit that function to business accounts only?

Certainly, you have the option to remove the switch option in the frontend dashboard. In the listing type settings, navigate to Integration -> Account, where you can untick the option for users to choose a role and instead select the default role for them.

Hi, in your demo, when we click show profile, we see list of tabs including dashboard, orders & downloads. In orders tab, i can see order history. However, there’s nothing in download tab. Does this mean user can only download once?

Regarding the download functionality, you have the flexibility to add multiple download options according to the listing. Alternatively, you can specify the number of times images can be downloaded.
The downloaded files from the listings are displayed in the assets.

Can you update the download from s3 storage feature? I can only download the file if it is on the web server, but for media offload from s3, I cannot download it through the download button.

Hello, Great Theme! But before buying, I need to know if I can build a custom header on elementor that would overide the header on the demo. Also, I need to know if I can add those widgets (search, user profile button and others) on the header I intend to build. That is if they are availbale on elementor as widgets.

Creating a header or footer template with Elementor is possible, but directly overriding the existing header/footer is not recommended. The templates have various scripts and functionalities crucial for certain modules to function properly. Instead, you can edit the “header.php” file in your website theme directory and use your header/footer template shortcode in place of the original header or footer.
Also there a custom development team available for our users to made modification on our theme users websites as per their requirements. Additionally, Elementor offers custom widgets like search, carousel, listings, board, and more, which can enhance your template creation process when designing headers.

We have developed specific widgets within Elementor that leverage listing data and other functionalities. However, it’s important to note that essential functional pages such as explore, submission, author profile, single listing, etc., are custom-created. These pages do not necessitate the installation of Elementor. Therefore, if administrators prefer not to use Elementor, they can confidently utilize these pages to showcase their data, ensuring seamless functionality without any issues.

I like the listing masonry layout of this template very much. I want to buy this template. Can I change it into a classified directory website instead of a download website? When the customer clicks on the image, they enter a separate introduction page for the image, similar to your brikk template! thanks
