I have purchased this theme last year and used this on staging domain but now I have migrated the domain to https://torgosevents.com/hotelrevolutionsummit/ however I have deactivated the licence from this domain, https://cwc-global.com/staging/ and want to activate it on https://torgosevents.com/hotelrevolutionsummit/ but I am getting error saying no licence left. Afterall I am using it on a single domain, kindly allow me to activate it for https://torgosevents.com/hotelrevolutionsummit/ and deactivate it from the other one as my event is near and I want to use it. Pls reply ASAP

We are sorry for the late reply. When you activate a license key on another site you have to deactivate the active site license key. We have documentation for that. Please check it here: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/general-settings-eventin/license/ Log in on our site with your used mail and pass then you can deactivate the license key. After deactivating the current site license key then you can use this license key on the other one.

Hi I have some pre sales questions.
1. Can I buy and build this theme on a test staging site and domain, and then later reactivate the license when I migrate to the live domain.
2. I want to buy eventin as well. Will I be able to deactivate and reactivate on the live domain after the build is over as well?
3. Is there a way to email attendees for an event in bulk, just in case there are changes to schedules, cancellations etc.

1) Yes, you can use the license on your test site and then deactivate the license and reactivate it on your new site for both the Theme and Eventin pro plugin.
2) You have to resend mail manually.

I found a lot of problems with your theme, Firstly, you can’t install the theme correctly (impossible to upload via the WordPress interface, you have to go via FTP) with any 403 demo error,
Secondly, some plugins have a vulnerability like Unyson 2.7.28 and to install it you can’t do it automatically via the WordPress interface, you have to do it manually or copy/paste the URL completely.
I tried to upload images to the “Speaker” section but the theme broke completely.
If you want to stay in first place, define an internal interface with automation. This means running code quality tests to check the whole process. Thank you.

Is possible you have a problem with Font Awesome rendering / loading in the theme? A bug when using them?
I load the Social Icons element in an Elementor page, I configure a Facebook icon. In the editor the icon looks fine, but on the preview page is another icon. The same for Instagram or other social networks.
I have the same issue when I configure social icons in the footer (Customizing – Theme settings – Footer settings – Social links). For Facebook is an empty icon, for YouTube I see the LinkedIn icon, and for Instagram the theme shows a Pinterest icon. Is hilarious! This is the page. In the configuration panel, all icons are good.
The HTML code looks ok; the Font Awesome file is loading (v. 5.15.3). ExhibzVersion: 2.6.0

Ah… I used the standard Social Icons widget from Elementor. This doesn’t work. Social Icons from ElementsKits are OK. Thanks for the tip.
But in Theme Footer I can’t select ElementsKits for the footer. ElementsKits works only in Pages with Elementor. I rewrite the footer.

2) Use caching plugins like LightSpeed Cache, “Wp Rocket” and so on.
3) You can use any third-party plugin like “Smush” plugin for image optimization.

How do I remove the attendees list from the event page please? Also, when I activate the Paid Feature of Eventin but the Search Button on the home page has a glitch. Hi There, please remove the CSS code for showing the parallax images on mobile devices as it’s now affecting ALL the pages layout to be small as on mobile. I cannot work now on the website as the page looks like mobile version and everything is all mixed and messed up.
