I have submitted a ticket to reset my purchase code on the “support website” because the “site reset” does not work on the support site. My purchase code is linked to an old website from years ago that is not even active. Now I can’t even see the ticket I created because it’s asking me to verify my email address on the support site and when I click the verification link. It’s asking for a “local password”.

Please assist. I would like to use the theme I purchased.

Hello, how can i set this css style from porto/css/plugins.css or plugins_optimized.css img.mfp-img{...;max-height:none!important;...} permanently for img.mfp-img{...;max-height:auto!important;...} ? I would like to set it permanent to auto , because now i have to change it after every update of Porto Theme. thanks

Basically, In our theme, there is an option to add the custom CSS code that will not void/erase when you update the theme. The option for the Custom CSS code is located in the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> As you can see in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/zbtKYkk5

I recommend you to add your CSS code there and I hope you will get the desire results.

I have activated the Alpus AI Product Review Summary Addon plugin and entered the ChatGPT api key and the plugin indicates that product review summaries are generated (very slowly, but they are generated), however on product page shortcode appears like ‘[alpus_aprs_ai_summary]’ as if the plugin is not activated. Product summary tags appear on product page. Where else does this have to be activated to show the review summary?

Thanks for your contact.

1- On the product page the review summary is set to show via a shortcode ” [alpus_aprs_ai_summary] ” This is why when the plugin is turned off the shortcode appears as it is.

You can remove this shortcode by editing the product layout from PORTO >> Template Builder >> Single Product ” https://postimg.cc/BLghkq4n ” When the editor opens you can simply remove the shortcode.

Remember if you remove it the review summary will not appear on the product page. I hope it is clear now.

The Alpus AI Product Review Summary Addon plugin is activated, the chatGPT api key is saved and the plugin indicates that review summaries are generating. Like I said in my original question, why does the shortcode appear in the view of the product page as if the plugin is not active, but the review tags appear fine (which are also coming from the same plugin)?

This sucks, “Alpus AI Product Review Summary is a dependency, but it can’t be installed. Why would i need this? And if it is really needed, why can’t i install it then? (error Code is not valid)

Dear support, let me get things straight: it is NOT my fault when your license system is broken (also as your helpdesk by the way). Additionally your “revoking license site” is broken.

EVERYTHING is broken.

But you limit things by purchase code.

Therefore you get errors and not so happy customers. This does not matter if support is expired or not. An item should work WITHOUT support. Deal with that.

Or fix it -> then you can expect better reviews.

PS: the plugin is REQUIRED, not recommended. That is a tiny difference with a huge impact.

The license system is not broken, it is working perfectly fine as we have tested it several times, and also the issue you faced was because of your server IP changed and that is the reason the license was not stuck on your site, when IP changes you have to re-register the license.

There are several ways to fix it. I’ll explain below for you.

1- The layouts of products by default in the theme are created custom and come from the PORTO >> Template Builder >> Post Types >> Edit the products block with Gutenberg editor when the editor opens you can simply set the rating color from the rating widget. here you can see an example in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/nM4fkQ29

2- To address this issue, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Dashboard.
Proceed to "Porto." 
Access "Theme options." 
Select "Skins." 
Choose "Custom CSS." 
Paste the provided code at the bottom of the black box.
Save the settings.

To view the changes on your site, clear your browser cache and revisit your website.

.star-rating span:before{color:gold !important;}

In the above code the word “gold” is the color you can change it with the color you want.

Can I use product archive page displays theme default pattern instead of shopping product archive via themplate builder becuase i change the primary color but i still see theme default color on shop page so instead of using template builder to show product archive i want to show it directly so i can control the option throught theme opttions.

Sorry for the inconvenience, When you try to edit the shop page block it just shows shortcodes instead of widgets this is why you are not allowed/able to change the settings from it.

To solve this simply navigate to the Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role manager >> Allow the builder to edit the “template_builder” like this ‘https://postimg.cc/jWWDVQvv"

And then try to edit the template builder again: https://prnt.sc/Rz80hH4xPn15

Now you will be able to control your settings from there.

Thanks for your contact, the issue you are facing is because of the Full Site Editing Mode, In this mode, you can use only template builders to full-site edit. Theme options and metaboxes that are unnecessary and overridden are removed. You will be no longer disturbed from complicated relationships of options.

Now it’s possible to edit anything. Say goodbye to word “static”. You can build any type the way you want using FSE mode.

1. Using transform:

Add a Heading element and give it a Class under the Advance tab(only if you are using Elementor, If using a pro version you can use the CSS section by Elementor) After that navigate to Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and paste the code

Had theme well over 6 months and not used it, thought I’d give it a try. I’ve just tried to edit a template from a demo import (Shop1) (header) in elementor and convert it from a section to a container and there appears to be no way to make it full width? Tried changing Elementor Layouts: Elementor Canvas, Elemento Full Width and so on. Always leaves a margin? How to use containers with this theme to reduce DOM? Thanks in advance Jon

Thank you for providing the screenshot of the section/content. However, please note that this section/content is currently hidden on mobile devices due to a default theme class. To display the content on mobile, you can easily edit the page using your page builder. Once in the editor, simply remove the “d-none” class.
