This is the first time we have had customers wonder about the number of add-ons included in the Eduma theme. We always clearly show this information on the landing page and product description on ThemeForest. It has always been like that for a few years now. We never deceive our customers, because otherwise, we would not have the number 1 position we have today. If you feel we have provided you with a product that is not as described, you can create a refund request and we will refund your money.

Now I am here going to prove that you are lying here again and these addons list was not in your theme description since years.

Now everyone can see that you have been fooling people since the beginning. You can manipulate content on envato but you can’t manipulate content that was recorded on archieve.org
Why I am talking about addons? All the 4 addons I have mentioned are shown in your demo of this theme. Assignments and frontend editor both are shown in the demo. And the rest two appears in the backend of the demo. But after purchase we finds that these are not included in the theme and needs to pay extra. You are showing full theme with all functions but delivering incomplete theme.

Question about the Refund: I am looking for an aplogy not a reund. I bought this theme for a client. I had shown your demo to the client and quoted accordingly. After installation I found that there are some addons/ plugins are not included in this theme, though these addons are shown in the demo. “This is a cheap practice” these are my client words for you.
Secondly you have deleted my review. I am posting it again and also going to complain envato about it. I am entitled to submit a review. Everybody can understand that how 4.85 rating is coming from, that you deletes all those reviews in one star.
I’m so sorry but I think you are angry because we don’t provide these add-ons for you free. We can’t remove the rating on ThemeForest, if we can do that, our theme will have a 5.0 rating not 4.85 like now. Your rating is against the rating policy and it is not true so it has been disabled.
Grow up, I am not looking free stuffs here. You are delivering incomplete theme that what I have mentioned in my comments and review. Your theme doesn’t have all the functions shown in the demo. It is called cheating customers, displaying something in the demo and delivering something else.

Hello, unfortunately the quiz provided is very buggy.. all the time there are issues with this, in every single update. Now again, “retake” is not working for students despite the fact that we have tried setting Retake to “-1” or “100” , in either option it does not work. And yes we have cleared cahce, the problem appears to all students.. Please advice

Hi, I have noticed that the changes I made at the backend, particularly the Section’s title does not reflected. But it does appear at the frontend. We have clear cache but it does not work, it worries us as how come there is two different version.

The Eduma dashboard shows there is a latest version 5.4.4, and I have been receiving email noficatiion for each update. But, there is nowhere to update the theme from the dashboard or anywhere else from the backend. How do I update the theme to the latest version?

For courses which are free and open, it seems like the “Course Buttons” in the right side (in the Course Summary panel) is not displayed?
