hi, i am facing one problem, if the user signup via default registration form of the theme, he gets added as “Activation”. those users are not getting notifications of new questions or answers via mail. Even if i change the User role to subscriber from admin dashboard… still after that notification of new questions or answers is not going via mail.. what can be the issue ? i want if use does not verify the email, still mail sent to him about new question or answer..

i have done this now…. can you please confirm, those users who has not confirmed the email id, they will too get mail notification of new questions ? or it will work only for new Users.
For new users or the old users need to confirm their emails.

Just confirm me following settings, how to do that:- 1:- When any user asks any question and it gets approved, a mail notification should be sent to him. 2:- When any user answers that question, then that user must also get a mail notification of the answer. 3:- when any user adds any question and it gets approved, All subscribers must get a mail notification of a new question added. 4:- When any new post is added all users must get’s notification of it.
Yes, but all of that is based on your settings, and each user has settings in his profile to choose whether to receive emails.

Is the theme optimized for SEO? Is it possible to modify the question URLs to include the question category in the URL? Can we add buttons like ‘like,’ ‘favorite,’ etc., under the questions like in the Himer theme? Is it possible to embed images in the questions so that they appear in the question preview?

1 – The main difference between them is design, and then Himer has gender and reaction features.
Also, Himer and Discy have groups not available in the Ask Me theme.
2 – No, but you can translate it using the loco translate plugin.
3 – Yes, you can choose which can ask by roles, so give the role the permission you want.
4 – Yes, it’s optimized SEO.
5 – No, sorry, this is not available.
6 – No, it’s available for the Himer theme only. The reaction is that the favorite is available for Discy, too.
7 – You can use images to show in the questions.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. Are there any additional features in Disc? I see that it is much more purchased than the Himer theme. Are there any paid modules to purchase to make the theme work? If the category of the question is not present in the URL, how do you manage that? Is it possible to see the responses displayed in an accordion style like on social media instead of opening a new page? Can we choose which data is displayed in the sidebar menu if we don’t use certain features? I would like the theme to closely resemble the usage of a social network, with the reward functionality already present in your theme.

For me if I you, I’ll take both of them to allow for my users to use app or site.

I love your work.. I have some few things to ask before i buy.. . Can you add option to mention those who will answer your question just like quora? . Can you add option for users and admin to add sponsered ads just like on facebook or twitter , ads which will appear between questions and answers.?

Can I use this system also to ask my users to upvote an idea/article/post but that they need to register first? Can I make it that people need to confirm (opt-in) for their vote? So somebody upvotes a post, gets a email/notification to confirm their vote and will I have an overview of the people/emails that upvoted a particular post?

No sorry it’s not available like that, only you can allow the users register first, ok, but for the vote, it’s not sending email or notifications to confirm the vote, it sends notifications for the author which add the question to tell them some one vote your question.

Hi, I am facing a strange problem, while asking the question.. when the user uses “Tags” in asking the question then after clicking on publishing question… page gets reloaded to the home page.. but the question does not go into review also does not get publish…. if the user does not use any tag… only use title or description then question go into review.. what’s the issue?
