Btw, if removing question categories itself isn’t possible, then perhaps we can remove question tags? Whichever is possible but I’d really like to avoid having both.

2 – You can use the loco translate plugin or poedit program

You can use them for the same language, not only for translation to another language.

3 – Only the users who can do that, you can add them, or admin, or the user who asked the question.

Thanks a lot team. All the issues were resolved but I have a few more queries again… 1.I’d like to expand the size of the search bar on the top and just altogether move the elements in the menu beside it to the left hand sidebar. How can I do this? Also, when I had no menu occupying that top header, it left a message even visitors could see saying “Use WP menu builder to edit menus”.

2. How do I fix the search bar on the right? It seems unstyled.

3. I’d like to have a section in my left sidebar for “Tags”. This is so that people can view questions by “Popular” tags, “New” tags or by “Name” tags (alphabetical)

Basically, I enjoy the format of stackoverflow.com and would like to replicate it to my website: water.id. Could you please help give me pointers on how to do these 3 things?

Alright, thanks for the prompt responses. I’m getting close to launching. But I’m still stuck on some parts though

1. How can I edit the banner for unlogged users? The one that has the “Share & grow the world’s knowledge!” text. I want to change the text and the background.

2. I have asked a question “check” as a logged user to test some features… the menu for “my asked questions” seems to always say “there are no questions yet” even though I have asked a question already. how do I fix this?

3. How do I remove the ability for users to make posts? We want only admins to be able to create blog posts and only allow users to use the Q&A section.

4. How can I make each question slightly shorter? By this I mean when viewing questions from let’s say the feed or “recent questions” tag.

5. Also, are polls considered questions? I find the “My asked questions” to be a vital part of the website, so I’d like all questions and polls to be shown there. This is related to #2.

1) I don’t quite understand the user roles… there is an author, editor, subscriber, translator… I thought it’s just unlogged user, logged user and admin? Can you pls explain to me the differences and whether normal users can assume higher roles? For security reasons. Or make a free role and a paid role that has more features or permissions.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. Are there any additional features in Disc? I see that it is much more purchased than the Himer theme. Are there any paid modules to purchase to make the theme work? If the category of the question is not present in the URL, how do you manage that? Is it possible to see the responses displayed in an accordion style like on social media instead of opening a new page? Can we choose which data is displayed in the sidebar menu if we don’t use certain features? I would like the theme to closely resemble the usage of a social network, with the reward functionality already present in your theme.
