The Email includes Course title, lesson name and comment from Learner.

I’m currently on a free theme, but the loading animation always doesn’t disappear when I perform an action (for example when adding a discussing, resetting my password, etc. the requested event is successful but I have to refresh the page first). Hello, i have some pre-sale questions:
1) can i show a member directory with each member role?
2) can i show an event section in which i can see all events (past, future and currently) ?
3) is possible for each member insert events and blog posts?
4) is possible for a member SEND a course and:
- choose the course category;
- insert all the info of the single course (name, description and location);
- each sended course must be approved from ad admin or teacher before of go online?

1. By default the Theme includes additional two user roles: Instructor and Student. Within available widgets, you can display a list of the Instructors only:

2. The theme includes Events post type and all published Events can be displayed on the archive page:
https://masterstudy.stylemixthemes.com/classic-lms-elementor/event-grid/
Also, events can be created using the eRoom plugin, which generates Zoom meetings.
3.4 The instructor can create Courses only. The courses submitted by instructors can be approved by the site administrator.
To add more membership solutions, third-party plugins can be integrated.

1. Youtube/Vimeo Video Protection Inbuilt feature in theme: Youtube logo and recommended YouTube videos will be hidden on Tutor Player. ( Block right click from the Video ) Where Internet Download Manager (IDM) does not work, it prevent IDM software from downloading the courses
2. Content protection features like Hotlink Protection.
3. Inbuilt theme Option to disable right-click to prevent course content copying
It would be great if the theme include the video protection feature as soon as possible.

When I create the courses I have a sample-page slug created between the domain and the course name.

Please ensure that you set publish mode while saving the course.
2. Between the course name and domain, the URL of the course archive will display. Probably you set the Sample page as Courses archive: http://joxi.ru/MAjYvRDsZ4ydL2
You should replace the Sample page with the Courses page.

Do you have user manual approval? After the user registers, does it remain in “pending status” until manually approved in the Wordpress backend?
Does thema send an email to all users notifying them that there is a new course? Is there a way to export a list of users in Excel to mailmkt?
If not, do you intend to launch this function?

By default, users will be registered without confirmation from the WordPress dashboard.
Currently, the users will not get a notification email when a new course is published. new email events will be available in future releases.
Exporting/Importing users from CSV files is almost ready and will be released in one of the upcoming theme updates.

Hi i wanted to inform you about two major issues in masterstudy:
1) First and big issue is malware, as a developer i have used this theme and plugin on multiple sites as well as using WPLMS, Eduma, Tutor lms, learndash etc all using but all sites are fine except the MS ones all of the users are complaining about malware and spam comments. Even a few sites on different hosting get critical error or goes down after a several months of development. I have reported this your team contacted me but didn’t fix.
2) another big and major issue this time is a new bug. after you moved to frontend course builder, initially i was using for the past years backend course editor but when i updated now you moved to frontend editor so all of my course’s curriculam is duplicated and arrangment changed now when i try to adjust arrangment and pulish it looks ok but on refreshing the page arragment is disturbed again. Evene a few times when we drag the lessons to up or down it says lesson removed but it didn’t.
3) 3rd and older issue for the past few months updating the membership from WP users or from PMPro orders gives critical error. i contctaed to PMPro developers and they told me that this theme is using depricated libraries and code of the theme has issues.
2nd issue is most serious one this time and required immidiate update please!

I’m just trying to remove the “Prev/Next” buttons and only uses swipe motion on the course pictures to see the next course. How can I completely remove these “4 buttons” in this screenshot below?
On my iPhone, I see these “4 buttons” and on my tablet or desktop, I only see the two big grey buttons.
I just want to remove these buttons altogether.

Can you please try to add the following CSS to hide these buttons on mobile view:

To hide them on the desktop as well, use them without media query:

When using woocommerce to shop course please add an option to go directly to checkout when clicking on the “get course” button of a course page !??
Because having to create an account on this page popup, then going to cart, then going to checkout is useless for customers..

It appears that you are attempting to purchase the course as a guest user. Guest users are required to create an account or log in to an existing one before enrolling in the course.
You should configure Guest checkout in LMS and WooCommerce settings following the manual below:

I am wondering why my certificate builder is no longer working and certificates can’t be downloaded in courses area. I had set them before but currently nothing is working. When a new user access click on Enroll Course they have to sign up. Once they sign up it is not redirecting to them to Start Course. It is again asking them to sign up.
Before when user used to sign up the Enroll course button used to change to Start Course.
I have updated the theme and plugins and disabled the Caching plugin as well as suggested by your support but still the issue is not resolved.
Please create a test user and check as per an user’s perspective. You will find out the issue I am talking about.
Please look into it and get me a solution asap as it has been more than 15 days.

All the plugins, which are not free, come under our Extended License for these plugins, so you do not need to pay for these plugins’ licenses to use them or extend your license through ThemeForest.
WPBakery page builder come with our extended license. Therefore, the plugin can only be updated after the theme update as we include new versions of the plugin in the theme package.
If a newer version of the plugin is not included in the new version of the theme, its compatibility was not checked with the theme completely.
The new version of the WPBakery page builder will be included in upcoming theme updates. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that.

Students will be enrolled in the course as soon as the order status is changed to “Completed”.
When using certain custom payment gateways, WooCommerce may not be able to change the order’s status. In such cases, site administrators can use an autocomplete orders plugin or change the status manually.

1. The Stripe can be used to get payments from students.
2. When Instructors sign up, site admin receives request and should approve on Dashboard > MS LMS > Instructor requests section. After approval they become instructor and receives confirmation Email.

The title of the course inherits styles from Theme Options > Typography settings.
You can change the font of the heading globally and set styles for the H1 heading, which is the Course title.

Love your work.. I wanted to know if there’s a way to “Turn off Reviews” on the MasterStudy Theme/Plugin? I would like to have the ability to “Turn on/off” the reviews left by students. I see that I can turn off the “Reviews Tab” but I want the ability to turn off reviews for each Instructor if I want to do that as the Admin.
