Hi I want to buy the theme to use on all of my websites. I use different themes presently, but I would want a level of uniformity and to be dealing with only one theme for my projects, which makes customisation and theme familiarity a bit easier. So what’s the licencing like in that regard? I am guessing it would be different for only one site, right? Thank you

Thanks. I do understand that a key is for one licence. So does that mean that there is no bulk price for multiple licences? I have to pay for 100 licences if I want the theme for 100 websites, is that correct?

That is correct. The theme price is discounted a few times a year, for everyone, during various Envato events. There was one a couple of weeks ago, and there will probably be another one in the summer. But outside of such events the theme has its regular price. Envato does not give us the option to discount individual purchases, the price is the same for everyone at once. Can you customize post templates with this theme? Like can you use post template from one demo, and rest of the theme from another demo.

You can modify the header in any way you want. That is possible. Simply install the theme on your local install and activate it with the key. A key can be assigned on a local/testing/staging install and a live main website at the same time, no problem there. Please let me know if you have more questions.

I don’t think we tested mycred with the theme, so I can’t say for sure unfortunately. We do provide a subscription plugin of our own with the theme https://tagdiv.com/build-a-membership-website-with-tagdiv-opt-in-builder-and-newspaper-theme/ It provides content lockers, subscription plans, a few payment options, etc. Basically you can lock certain posts, and website visitors can subscribe to the website in order to view them. I think your ‘Flex Block 1’ has some trouble making a Mega menu with categories.
If I change the ‘FILTERS – Category Filter’ of a ‘Flex Block 1’, the value affects all other ‘FILTERS – Category Filter’ of other ‘Flex Block 1’.
Eventually, all ‘Flex Block 1’ have same the category and can’t be sorted by categories.

I want to display custom multiple header adds on my header. The current is just one image. I want to add multiple ad images to display in the header, such as a slider or animation changing images. I want to have several ads showing on the header. Can I please get a custom code to resolve this? It’s really important to me. Please let me know how I can do this. The ad boxes can display individual ads, or as many ads as you enter in them, but not rotate them. I suggest checking the ad rotate plugin, it should be what you are looking for. These are some important features that newspaper themes should add in the theme.
1.) A newspaper’s own mobile responsive posts carousel/slider that swipes freely.
2.) Ability to write a live post on the website along with the live icon.
3.) Ability to insert recent posts or flexbox container between the posts article.
4.) Filter content by location-based tag.

How can I filter by date using ACF fields. For example, if I have articles with ACF field with todays date, on the homepage, how can I display only these articles tagged with todays date? Ideally with just the word “Today”, so tomorrows dates, can work out too, basically like a dynamic displaying of what’s happening. Similar to calendar.
I know it’s possible since I’ve built this as a custom functionality without ACF. Is this possible with ACF fields though to make it simple.
I love this theme, I hope we get more updates, as it’s been getting stale recently, with less and less updates. No visual affects for text, no layer browser, no AI, not many updates recently.

All the filter/sort options of a block can be seen in the filter tab. The only filter that takes into account custom fields is the one which includes/excludes posts based on a true/false ACF field type https://prnt.sc/PWim-G2oKelD If you want to display posts published today, you could use the sorting option https://prnt.sc/kTfnLBFyRccw But filtering posts based on an ACF date field isn’t possible by default, it could be done custom. From what I know there are plans to provide more integration with ACF fields for the filtering options of the blocks. Our developer team will try to add more options in the matter soon. Thank you for the answer. One more question about ACF. Is it possible to display images from ACF fields, instead of featured images on the homepage, in the Flex Block 1. So instead of using featured image, it would use image in the ACF field.

Hey. Are we considering the possibility to follow users, follow user posts, follow categories? In general, a follow system within the theme.
Also, are we considering the possibility of “bookmark” into lists? For example, when I click to bookmark a post, I can choose a list or create a list to add that post.

For now there aren’t any plans to add a follow system like you mention unfortunately. Maybe at some point it will be considered.
