We found a problem, and we check this last one also on your demos available, with a safari version 14, some users have this issue: on desktop, clicking on cart or user icon, website make a overlay showing nothing, on mobile some users, always on safari, but someone also on chrome, if they click on mobile menu, menu doesn’t appear… Will it be solved on next release? Unfortunately, Safari 14 browser lacks the support of gap property for Flexbox and inset property for absolute positioning. The following properties are important to reduce CSS file size and to avoid an excessive DOM size, improving page speed. Woodmart started to implement this property after it was first used in WordPress default themes and Elementor builder. Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 16 and Safari 17 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).

Which hosting are you suggesting for woodmart theme with around 3000+ products? We tried litespeed server. But site become unstable with litespeed and even wprocket too and half things stopped working like breaking jquery, js and more. We want speed like your demo wesbite.

In any product archive page, if a product is out of stock and you hover on the “read more” eye icon, instead of only a “read more” label, there seems to also appear with a whole bunch of code.

You need to install RTL version of WordPress and then the theme will be RTL by default too.

My support period has expired, but may I ask where I can set the breakpoint so that the header switches to tablet/mobile view earlier? The issue is that on smaller or older monitors, particularly in PC mode, the header looks completely wrong. I’ve checked your demo sites, and it’s the same issue there as well. For example, on displays smaller than 1920×1080, like laptops or older MacBook Airs, the header and the menu get messed up, becoming two rows, etc. It should switch to the tablet/mobile header much sooner in these cases. What is the solution for this?

We can’t say exactly, but the imported data is most likely missing some meta keys that mark products as “sale” in WooCommerce.
