Unfortunately, I don’t quite understand the issue; please provide more details. If you’re editing a custom post type, please check if it’s marked for editing at WPBakery > Role Manager > Post types > Custom.
Thanks for your answer, after updating to the latest version the editor “Edit Live” is active and has damaged my layout, when I want to edit via WPBackery I get this message ““This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area.”

Please clarify if you followed all the steps of the relevant update guide (there are two guides depending on how old the version was before the update). If you missed any steps, try restoring a backup and giving it another try.

All plugins disabled, gradually enabled, same problem. The Edit live editor does not see some WPBackery elements like Flipbox as such and images are missing etc.

I see the “Dark Mode switch” is already on the roadmap, brilliant! I think it’s overdue. and we’re glad it’s on the list
I’d suggest three major things to consider (If you haven’t already :))
1. The ability to place the switcher anywhere (make it modular) I think this can be made possible by adding it to: a. The header builder’s “add element” modal b. Grid builder’s “add element” modal c. The visual composer’s “add element” modal – (this one is a maybe, haven’t thought it through)
2. Customization options: after selecting the switcher element from the modal, we should be able to customize the switcher, I’m sure you’ll add predefined switcher buttons, but, I think we should be able to customize the switchers if we want, by uploading SVGs or changing colors, etc.
3. It’s normal that we’ll have icons for switches, but I want to suggest upfront that you consider text switchers too. So instead of – maybe – “sun” and “crescent moon” icons we can just type in “DM” for dark, and “LM” for light and clicking the text on the frontend will do it’s thing. (or if possible, be able to assign the switcher element to any text string, icon or image, same way you made ”#” be able to close any popup)

Side Note: I believe you all have hacked what it means to build a solid WP theme, sometimes I see the logic / placements / updates you introduce and I just smile. I won’t be surprised if you’ve already thought about all I’ve mentioned

Does the theme or WP bakery allows the creation of intro page? i mean i want to have an intro page the users first lands on and i want to set it to session based, meaning users sees it once and can have button to go to different section of the site. The script codes I uploaded do not work in the theme. No matter where I add it to a page, a text or anything else, it doesn’t work. When I change the theme the codes work. It also works in themes.

We tried the code you referred to, and it appeared on the page. If you need to embed a custom code, use the Custom HTML element or a specific code section at Theme Options > Custom Code.
No. I want to add this in the post. Because there are several similar codes. In other words, when I add it from the page editor within a page I am editing, it does not work. This sub-menu is created via Reusable Block. You can create one at Templates > Reusable Blocks and add custom content. When editing the menu at Appearance > Menus, click the “Screen options” at the top and pick the “Reusable blocks” checkbox. It allows adding Reusable Blocks as menu items.

The code for FlipBox is in wp-content/plugins/us-core/templates/elements/flipbox.php file. You can copy it to the child theme, so the resulting file path would look like this: wp-content/themes/Impreza-child/templates/elements/flipbox.php. Then, you can apply changes to this file in the child theme so they will not be lost during the main theme and plugin updates.

Am suspecting the above guide you gave is a general or one link that take all the flipbox to if i do the modification> Is there a path i can locate all flipboxes created so i can apply individual separate link to each of them while showing the button at the back of the flip at the same time?

There might be a simpler solution that doesn’t require copying files to the child theme.
Flipbox description field supports ACF custom fields (added via the {{field_name}} shortcode to the description’s text). You can use a custom field (for example, WYSIWYG Editor), add the button’s HTML code to its text editor, and then add this field to the description with the shortcode.

Custom fields are created inside the groups. Open the group, and the field’s name will be the value you use inside the double figured brackets to show the field’s value in a description.

Here’s the sequence:
1) Create a WYSIWYG type field and assign it to a page
2) Fill the WYSIWYG field with the button’s HTML code
3) Edit the FlipBox and type in the shortcode inside its description (field name inside double-figured brackets)

Once you set up a custom field, it will appear at the bottom of the page while you edit it.

When you edit the page where you wish to add a FlipBox, the custom field will be at the bottom. That would be the location to paste the button’s code, not inside the custom field settings.

You can create a custom Page Template for products to exclude the add to cart button with quantity. The list of attributes shows all by default, so hiding some attributes would require customization.

Hello, Thank you very much for your responsiveness. However, it didn’t work. But I think I understand why. It’s a design issue in the Carousel module. In fact, the option you pointed out was not available because I hadn’t enabled automatic rotation in the Carousel menu. As a result, the “Auto Rotation interval” field is unavailable.
However, I did activate the automatic rotation mode in the Responsive menu: mobile, tablet, etc. The automatic mobile rotation works but takes the default value of 3 seconds which is very fast because the “Auto Rotation interval” field is disabled.
So to date, it’s impossible to customize the responsive modes’ Auto Rotation interval without having to enable automatic rotation in Desktop mode.
I think that we should simply not hide the “Auto Rotation interval” field when automatic rotation in the Carousel is not activated, because it can be activated in the Responsive menu.
Could you please forward this anomaly to the developer? Thank you very much !

Good day, I have the following issue – I’m using woocommerce and on the product page the price for a simple product is not shown (not even in the source code), I can only see the quantity field and add to cart button. But for variable products – the price is shown. I’ve switched of all the plugins and the price is shown if Upsolution Core plugin is deactivated. Also if I have Upsolution core plugin activated and switch to a standard wordpress theme the price is also shown. In the Impreza theme settings on the Shop settings if I select “Standart woocommerce template” for the product page the price is shown.
For the products page I have created a template and use the element “Add to cart” in the WPbakery builder. If I add to the template the element “Product details – Price” – the price is displayed, but in this case on the page of a variable product I see two times the prices (from this element and from “add to cart” element).
How can this be fixed?

This is the default WooCommerce behavior for variable products. When you pick a variation (within the “Add to cart” element), its price is shown below the dropdown. You can check that it works the same if you, for example, switch to a default WordPress theme for a moment. Example.
Ok, so I can add the price with the WPbakery builder element “Product details -> Price”. And in this case on the page of a variable product I see the price “20-30 USD” and after selecting a variation – it’s price, for example “20 USD”. So on the page there are two prices.
But I want only one price to be shown – only for the selected variation. How can I hide the price range “20-30 USD” for variable products and leave the price to be shown only on a single product page using the “Product details – Price” element.

Thank you for pointing out the issue. Unfortunately, this is a bug. We’ll provide a fix for it in one of the next updates.
Your changelog says: - FIXED bug when the Video Player inside a popup would continue to play after the popup was closed.
But it doesn’t seems like you have fixed that bug completely. The video will stop playing only if you click the close button. If you click outside the popup except the close button the popup will close but video still plays in background with sound on. Please check things before you release the fixes. I hope this FIX doesn’t take a month to release. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. I checked in several different browsers. It was fixed in one of the recent releases, so it might be a caching issue.
Try clearing the site’s cache and/or CDN cache (if you use it) and check if you can replicate the issue afterward.

Instead, these are fixed? I would like to make the settings as with us_grid => related, where I can now select the number of blog posts and can make many more settings.
