Hello, I would like to purchase your theme, TripGo-Tour-Booking, which is truly beautiful, but I need some essential information: – Is it possible to manage the tour calendar individually, tour by tour? For instance, there are tours that should only be conducted on Tuesdays, and other days should not be available. – Is it possible to add custom fields to the booking registration form? – Are the tours managed as WooCommerce products or as custom post types? – When someone books a tour, do the standard WooCommerce emails get sent, or are there emails with all the details of the booked tour?

- Yes, the tour calendar will be manage tour by tour.

- Excuse me, I’m not sure the booking registration form you referred to. Could you clarify about it?

- The tours are managed as custom post type and independent with WooCommerce.

- When someone books a tour, the email from the plugin option will be send with the details you can check in here: https://docs.goodlayers.com/configuring-an-email-message/ .

1. Do you have a backend calendar where I can reduce quantity on certain dates and block out certain dates completely?

2. Can I add more than one adventure type? For example, can I add Caving, Safari & Wildlife, Tree top canopy tours, River rafting, Hiking Trails, Cycling?

3. Do you have a staff login seperate from the admen login? So a separate login to allow the booking staff to login and manage and see bookings?

4. Do you have real time booking calendar on the fontend of the website? So that customers can see in realtime on the website how many spaces are left? And also to see if a certain trip is sold out on that date?

5. Do you have a backend demo?

6. Can clients purchase a gift certificate for a certain adventure for a specific date for themselves or a friend?

1. Yes, you can do it but it will done in each tour. We don’t have the global calendar to block all the tours in the same place.

2. It requires customization to achieve it.

3. No, everyone will be login in the same place.

4. No, we don’t.

Do you have plans to include deposit support for WooCommerce? Additionally, I’ve noticed that plugins for transaction fees for selected payment methods in WooCommerce, such as “Pay for Payment for WooCommerce” by Karolína Vyskočilová, do not work with your WooCommerce checkout. It only functions with the standard checkout. Can you recommend a plugin that will work for transaction fees, or provide guidance on how to make it compatible with your checkout system?

The deposit feature for Woocommerce is not possible because the price structure isn’t supported that.

Regarding your question with transaction fees, I’ve checked it carefully and I’m sorry but it is customization. We don’t provide customization, so your request is beyond our support policy. Please hire a freelancer to do it for you.

1. Does this theme have an offline booking option?

2. Can I receive notifications about booking via WhatsApp?

3. Can I get different booking notifications on different emails or WhatsApp numbers?

4. Is it possible to integrate Contact Form 7 when booking and put WhatsApp as notifications? There are plugins to integrate Contact Form 7 and WhatsApp.

5. Does your theme work with the Polylang plugin?

1. Yes, there’s an option to set booking via email if you don’t need the customer to pay when booking.

2. Unfortunately, we don’t support it, sorry.

3. You can get notifications on different emails but not WhatsApp.

4. You can change the booking form to the Contact Form 7 as you wish. For the Contact Form 7 and WhatsApp, it’s beyond our support scope, please note it.

5. Yes, our theme working fine with Polylang plugin.

I have identical rooms Total 42 rooms.

2 Dormitory Rooms – 8 persons can accomodate in 1 room 26 Deluxe Rooms – 2 person can accomodate in each room 14 Executive Rooms – 2 person can accomodate in each room

Extra one Bed in 40 rooms can be accommodated at extra cost total 42 rooms

4. Instead of Room-based Pricing.. Is there Person-based Pricing..?. 5. also is this theme available in normal white mode instead of dark. 6. Does this theme have an availability calendar..? If some rooms are booked does it show in the calender that in those days rooms are not available..?

1. We can create individual room post for each room type.

Like Dormitory Rooms: https://traveltour.tienloc.net/room/dormitory-rooms/ , the other room type will be working like that too.

The limited is we can’t set the limit to the extra one bed, if you have total 42 rooms, but you only able to provide extra bed to 40 rooms, so you will need to check the extra bed manually and inform the customers before accepting their booking.

2. 4. We don’t have person-based pricing, sorry.

3. The room type doesn’t support it. The seat number available only available in the tour type, please note about it. Example: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour/china-suzhou-and-zhouzhuang-water-village/ .

5. We don’t support the light/night mode.

6. We don’t have that feature, sorry.

Hello presale question: my website is offering multi services like tour packages, river cruises and day tours So I would like to create primary category under those services to be Mysite.com/tour-packages/ Mysite.com/cruises/ Mysite.com/day-tours/

Hi Goodlayers team, I am trying to speed up the mobile view of single blog posts. But, it is difficult for a few long posts. Thus, I think of “Mobile Content Read More” as in the settings of “Single Tour” feature, which is not available for single posts now. Hopefully, in the next update, this feature “Mobile Content Read More” for single blog posts, (if possilble for categories as well). Thank you!

At the moment, may I ask which file in the “tour master plugin” controls “Mobile Content Read More”? I will try to customize it for blog posts while waiting for the next update. Thank you so much!!

BTW, the mobile content read more script could be found at

tourmaster/tour/single/tour.php and tourmaster/tour/tourmaster-tour.js file

(try searching for tourmaster-single-tour-read-more-wrap class)

guys, WPML not fully supporting. check demos! there is no demos where wpml used. yes it’s supporting it and works but not good . no styling for WPML language switcher . Support will say you must style it yourself…. such a amazing theme…

There is the possibility of guest users paying via email links (pay deposit, then pay remainder a few days before tour) but I can’t figure out if there is a way for them to leave a review?

Is this something that you could include on an update or even better, as customisation?

Currently, we only open this for the paid account to leave the review. We didn’t design the review system for guest account unfortunately. This will require too much customization for us :/

I suggest you to hire a coder to do this in this case if needed.
