we also have several options to edit the author page such as editing the page layout with our predefined template or you can create your own custom template, please check the screenshot below
for the Youzify, plugin unfortunately we haven’t tested it in our Theme yet

thanks for reaching us, we have several options to edit the category and tags pages, for the category you can edit it from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews : Category Template > Category : Global template
if you want to make your own page for the category, you can do it by creating new category page template from Dashboard > Archive Template > New Archive Template , you can edit it with WP Bakery or Elementor, after you create the template you can apply the template from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews : Category Template > Category Page Layout on Page layout select custom and then on Category page Template List select the template that you’ve made
to edit the tags page you can edit it from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews : Other Template > Archive Template

I did that already. I disabled all plugins, the error remained. When I changed the theme, the error disappeared meaning the error is caused by the theme.

Hey there.. I have update issues with the JNews – Essential plugin. I try to update but nothing happen. I did it in the plugin link and the JNews Plugins, but nothing happen. I think that this is very simple and as the name says (Essential), So I think that I don’t need to pay a support license for this. I have the latest version fo the JNews Theme.

1. Please try to update the plugin via Dashboard > Plugins find the JNews – Essentials plugin there and try to update it
2. please disable the caching plugin and security plugin if you are using one while importing the demo, Also, if you are using the Hostinger plugin, we recommend disabling it temporarily before importing the demo.
3. please try to resave the permalinks, in the WordPress Dashboard, please go to settings > permalinks, click the save changes button at the bottom of the permalinks page without changing any settings
4. please make sure the WordPress file permissions and ownership are correct on your server, you can use this documentation below as a reference for WordPress file permission and ownership

5. please set at least the PHP memory limit on your server to at least 64MB (recommended: 128M) and max upload file to at least 64 MB, please check the documentation below

Hello. I went to update the homepage today with the TieLabs builder, but the three blocks I created are showing posts from different categories, not the ones I selected in the TieLabs block settings. I tried Scrolling #1 and different sliders, but still having the same issue. It shows up fine for me when I’m loggged in, but in private browser is the problem.
